The roof top bar & restaurant was just beautiful with modern stylish variety of seating options plus fab vibe & views from every angle for evening skyline views. A fabulous spot for dinner & bar experiences. The ground floor restaurant for breakfast had great quality breakfast foods in a stylish setting too and the outdoor garden & water fountains where you can enjoy drinks was also another fab area to enjoy. The location is industrial but given that the beautiful modern decor stylish hotel has so much to offer in addition they also provide a daily free shuttle service to & from the city centre so you won’t mind its surroundings. Another bonus for couples preferring less family occupied hotel as I believe it generally attracts company & business people with only 42 very spacious rooms.

An earlier dining option as the rooftop restaurant doesn’t open until 7.30pm ..

The hotel was excellent. The view from our room was wonderful to the Vesuv. The receptions are very helpful and kind. Maurizio and Francesca especially. The driver, Mauro was a good driver, gave us free shuttle. The rooftop is perfect, nice view, and very cozy.

The hotel is in Chinese working area. Very dirty area. Other thing the wellness is a bit expensive for 2 hours 35€/peron. The toproof restaurant very nice. The only bad thing is there is no pizza. We didn't like the food in the restaurant.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of choice at breakfast. The trip up Vesuvius is great and starts just a 20min walk from the hotel. In an industrial area but there was no issue with that even at night.

The free shuttle bus was rarely running as the schedule changed twice while we were there for 4 nights and the times weren't practical. A taxi into town was €20 one way and although the train is only €1.50 per person the trains/metro are not that frequent (especially coming back at night) and the 12 minute walk can be a bit of a drag after a days sight seeing. That said if you have lots of energy for walking it isn't a problem.

We stayed at the deluxe room with the jacuzzi, the view through the windows was nice, huge TV, clean and very spacious room and bath room, perfectly working jacuzzi bath in the room, comfortable bed, great 10€ value for the mini fridge. We were celebrating so we asked before arrival to do something special to the room - and they did! We also didn’t mind the location, because they have drivers who take you to city and back to the hotel.

The restaurant staff were rude

I would give a 5/5 star for the service we received at the Hotel. The entire team was extremely helpful and friendly. We discovered that they offer a free shuttle service that take you to city center of Napoli. The driver, Mauro, a local Italian from Napoli, was a very professional and friendly person, he gave us a lot of tips and recommendations on what to do in the city and I totally recommend you try the shuttle just to speak with this guy. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general is top-notch.

Location was a bit far as it is an industrial zone, however the hotel offers free shuttle service to make it up for the location, so overall it was fine.

The hotel is beautiful inside and I had a gorgeous room with excellent facilities. The room was very comfortable and clean and serviced every day which I didn't expect so that was a nice surprise.

The location isn't great so you need to be prepared to travel. I was informed by the hotel that they had a contract with a taxi company but they were useless and did not respond to my communications. Also, I had requested a taxi to the airport the day before my flight home but this was not organised and I had to ask again on the morning of departure. I asked if I could pay by card, was informed by the receptionist that this would not be a problem but the taxi driver was not happy and charged me extra! Also, there was a lot of noise in the corridor outside my room at night.

Very clean everything and a good bed. Our luggage was moved to our room...we left it early.The complimentary shuttle service that we used from Napels in the afternoon BUT had to ask for info abot it after reading here in rewiews that it is available! We didn't have breakfast...early flight. And didn't see or use anything so no comments there.

Had dinner at the top floor restaurant, was not very busy. The waiter made it look like hard to get a table without a pre reservation. Complimentary prosecco while checking...was a big plus. Average food...slow service. Regreted that we didn't go to the taverna across the street. One chair in room for two, one complimentary waterbottle..one pair of complimentary shoes ...but 2 guests. The lights in the room weak.

Our room was a corner room with a great view! The room was large and had a spa tub. Could open a window(floor to ceiling view) and hear the waterfall from outdoor gardens! Complimentary robe and slippers a plus as there is tile flooring. The mini frig was stocked with beverages and was a great value at only $10 Euros for all drinks. Used the spa services and the message was wonderful 👏 😊 The rooftop bar/restaurant is top notch. GREAT views! Also, the breakfast foods were plentiful and great assortment of items. Overall we had an amazing experience.

Not a negative thing to say

I stayed twice in 2 weeks and both times this hotel was lovely. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Their customer service is over and above. The breakfast is substantial and varied and the staff at breakfast lovely. The spa staff were great, I had a massage while staying the second time. We also ate at the restaurant which was also very nice. The hotel isnt very far from the centre (about 15-16 Euro) but it is in the industrial area so not much around. There is a shuttle and the driver is friendly and very informative

The shuttle should be more regular. And later in the day.

The reception was welcoming and allowed us to check in to our room very early which was a huge help. The bellman was very helpful. The room was very stylish and comfortable.

The top floor restaurant was very nice, but the food was not good and some items overpriced. We had lunch that was expensive and not good. We went for dinner at the lounge and there is no pizza on the menu, but you can get it from room service. The lasagna was good though. I think being a travelers type hotel they should have a more varied menu with more options of well-priced normal dishes. Pasta, pizza, sandwiches, etc.
