What breakfast? It's coffee.

The location is only served by an occasional bus to the centre of the city. Local bars close 8 or 9!

Nice hotel for the price. Good location with easy access to Naples by car. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is an Italian one, coffee and croissant.

The location is a little out of the centre but we liked this as we had already stayed in the centre and wanted to see a new area of Naples. The staff were friendly and helpful, they ordered us a taxi for the morning on request. The shower and beds were great.

The bedroom we had was on the front and was a little noisy through the night. This was expected though and we took ear plugs to help. It wasnt so bad that we wouldn't go again.

The booking was made for 18 o 19 April weeks before. I still brought proof of the booking and even my bank statement that clearly showed the payment was made to Booking.com. We have stayed in this hotel about 10 times before. It is easy access from the airport so we can make a fresh start the next day to get to our holiday house 5 hours away. When we arrive tired at 11 pm. There was no room for us. The night care man did not have a clue . He had been watching a Napoli football match with some locals. After 30 minutes off moving papers back and forward ,he called the boss , who came with his wife to see what was going on. Still no solution to be found . We were getting more and more agitated and must have shown this. We were not in the mood to look somewhere else in Naples at this time, and started to consider having a few hour sleep in the hired car before taking off to our house Finally after more than an hour they pulled a small room out a hat 5 yards from the office door. It was there al the time. Why did they refuse to give it to us in the first place???? The next morning a young girl appeared that we have seen several years before. She was the only one that apologised for this cock up, and made sure that we got some breakfast before we left. Not a pleasant start of our holiday. I wonder if they are going to apologies after this and explain what the hell was going on. Robert and Linda de Koning

Cheap and good breakfast.

It was dirty, floors and lights covered in light dust. Some lights didn’t work. Bathroom was smelling weird.

The breakfast was limited to just a coffee and a single pastry from the shop next door.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the room was dirty, the staff would play loud music on their phones in the lobby. There was no toilet seat and the boiler wouldn’t stop making loud noises. There were fireworks on at midnight.
