Gluten free breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. Our room had easy access to the breakfast room and the views from the terrace were stunning.

Wi-Fi was poor in the terrace chalet which we were in. I expect it was fine in the rooms in the main building. The B&B is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with no lift. You need to be mobile and fit to stay here.

The place felt like a home away from home after the first night. I must say I did like the breakfast too. I do think the friendliness of the staff made all the difference Situated in the old part of Naples, its only a ten minute walk to the metro or about 12 to the next station depending on where you want to go. Well surprise surprise I'll have to say the stairs up to the b&b but in saying that I knew about them before I booked. So that was my fault. The place could do with some minor repairs cosmetic only.

I was expecting as in other places in Italy or even Neapol I have visited this year friendly and helpfull personel. However there are not friendly personal - owners. we did not get map, for any info about Neapol we had to ask and did not get good info. There was several time problem with communication. We got written info that breakfast will be served in 8 am - but there were lot of complains from staff=owners it is too early - even somebody from the family write it to us trough booking in advance they serve it at 8 :-) ... we did not come to Neapol to sleep in the morning...

Great location for getting around. Find out about metro so you don't lose any time. Don't struggle, ask Arianna or her staff for help and advice. They're local so know everything. They're really friendly and accomodating. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Had balcony too to sit on and overlook Naples. You could buy a few snacks and chill out before venturing out for dinner. Marvellous experience.

Lots of 2 stroke about. Crazy drivers. Motocyclists drive on pavements too. Take care. City never stops but obviously you can go out at all hours to shop or eat/drink.

Stayed there to catch an early flight. Room was clean and very spacious, had a big bed and a sofa bed. Property has a rooftop with chairs and tables and an excellent view...communication was excellent and Ciro took us to the airport at 430am!! The area was safe and we walk to have the best pizza

Not that I didn't like it but the building doesn't have elevators and it was hard for my mom to go up the stairs! But they have a lift for the luggage 😀

- The breakfast was a bit limited: mostly sweet stuff, my coffee had a lot of sugar in it. - It's 2nd or 3rd floor, but the building has very high ceilings, so be prepared to climb quite a bit. I think there's a small luggage lift that the administrators can utilize for you, but there's no regular elevator. - In our room, there a was minor problem with the shower pipe that was falling off its place sometimes, but that was no big deal, overall the room and the shower were in good condition.

After the taxi incident we weren't asked to pay for the owner's driver as well. The owners were very kind. The location is also awesome. Grazie!

We asked for the transit service. They sent a driver for us, however after webgot into the car, a taxi driver started shouting and basically forcefully made us take his offer instead. It cost us more and was quite uncomfortable. However, it is not owner's fault.

Very good location. The room was clean and the breakfast was typical Italian, sweet, good. There is free water for everyone in the hallway. Service Friendly. Beautiful view of Vesuvius from the roof terrace. We were able to leave our luggage and even wait 2 hours in the kitchen in the evening because our flight was late.

4th floor and lots of stairs. For older people, it's a tough adventure. But that's how the building is constructed, well…

We had a pleasant experience with this B&B. It is closely located to the central station and the old city center. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The b&b has a wonderful terrace with a lovely view and the hosts were great, very welcoming.
