Brilliant and exceptional service provided by DAVID. He really made our stay very comfortable and quite amazing. He was so welcoming and told us so much about the local area. Always happy, smiling and accommodating. We miss him! Very fresh and varied breakfast. Catered to all tastes. Lots of options...lots of fresh fruit, Yoghurt, juices, coffee machine, cooked breakfast, beautiful fresh cakes and pastries. This is a beautiful little boutique hotel with a little grand staircase leading up to a quaint garden that is so relaxing and tranquil. Very clean, well maintained, newly painted and decorated and with a really comfortable bed. Would highly recommend anyone staying here.

Staff are extremely helpful. Few things done very well. Check in is only from 14h00 or 15h00 I think, but we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 am and were told it was fine to check in and that our room was ready! This was absolutely fantastic for us especially because we were travelling with a very busy toddler. The hotel was always helpful with helping us call a taxi. When we made requests for things like an iron, staff were always quick to bring this to us and did so with a smile.

Not a big variety of cereals, cheese or spreads at breakfast. The scrambled eggs didn't look too appetizing and we would have been a little happier if there were some considerations for people who don't eat pork. So fish or chicken alternatives. The coffee is average. On the positive side there was a good selection of fruit and cakes available.

The hotel is cocooned within a residential area, surrounded by blocks of apartments. It has a charming garden at the back where one can lounge and enjoy a drink. The hotel itself is very close to a bus stop, so getting to the city centre was not an issue at all. The area enjoys a number of good restaurants (Taverna di Luciana), amazing pizzerias (Anni 80 and Trattoria di Toto'), delicatessen, and well-stocked mini markets. The staff at the hotel was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast consisted of a fantastic spread of Neapolitan sweet delicacies (forget the calorie count), fresh fruit, yoghurts, charcuterie, cereals, bacon, and scrambled eggs. But what I miss most is the excellent cappuccino!

Our room was on the first floor, meaning that we could hear the scooters and cars riding down the streets late at night. The room lacked a full-length mirror - essential for the ladies! Try to avoid the room near the service room as it got quite noisy at times - the door hinge certainly needs a good oiling.

When i asked the receptionist about the fee for the taxi they ordered for me, one of them told me “15 euros” and the other one told me “between 15 to 20 euros” When the taxi came he said that the price is 22.5 euros. And when we told him otherwise (what we were told) he got out and told the receptionist (the same one that ordered the taxi for us) about the price and she agreed and told us it’s 22.5€. When I told her what she said she answered back “around that price” and told us with complete certainty that it’s 22.5€. I didn’t like the attitude she gave me and it felt like she was cooperating with the taxi driver to charge us more.

The breakfast was amazing and staff are courteous and personable. We loved that the server at breakfast remembered our coffee orders each day, and didn't rush us to finish. We would also like to mention and thank the receptionists Angelica (and others we didn't catch their names) and especially Davide. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and encouraged our beginner Italian. Also thank you for the graffe recipe Davide!

Our room had a granite floor which was actually very nice but occasionally, it was difficult to walk on especially coming out of shower.

A FANTASTIC experience!! Very clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood in Naples. By far the most helpful hotel staff that we have ever encountered on any travels. They provided tips on what to see, how to navigate around the city, helped organize an early morning airport pickup for us, and even helped us to order pizza from a nearby restaurant. They made great recommendations for dinner as well! The room was spacious, very clean, and the largest shower we found in Italy (with great water pressure).

Big comfortable rooms, super clean everywhere, fantastic breakfast and a lovely garden where you can have a little drink or read. And the staff are just wonderful - so kind and friendly. We had a few nights here before exploring other areas and have booked to come straight back when we have one more night in Naples at the end of our holiday. Also handy parking. All good 👍

The room was a little noisy

Loved this little hotel, really took us by surprise. Staff were welcoming and so friendly. They are proactive and attentive- one day we were caught in a rain storm and they immediately sent us extra towels and a bigger hair dryer to help dry off.

Wifi in-room was brutal, but great in the common areas. Breakfast was mostly delicious and staff were friendly, however all the meat was pork and other guests would often cross contaminate the eggs.
