beautiful pool and grounds with fountains, trees, and a stunning view of Noto. great food in the pool bar, modern, clean and wonderful. Only thing I did not like was the charge for pool towels, which was really kind of sneaky.

We were pro-actively offered pool towels and accepted them. Only later, at checkout, did they mention that there was a charge (something like 2 or 3 Euros) per each pool towel. It really soured our departure. Firstly, we paid a lot for the room...any self-respecting hotel offers towels at no charge. Secondly, the pool attendant made no mention of the charge when we were offered them. Finally, when I whinged about it at checkout, the receptionist pointed to a sign, mostly in Italian, with TINY printing about the towel charge and rather arrogantly defended the practice because they are "expensive to clean." Well...it was also expensive to stay in this hotel. I'm sure the room rate was enough to cover a bit of laundry. An unfortunate experience that soured an otherwise perfect stay.

Fabulous pool with a view of Noto. Poolside bar was excellent, though a wider variety of food options would have been welcome. Excellent breakfast including both an extensive traditional Italian breakfast as well as bacon and scrambled eggs. Rooms very clean and comfy. Receptionists very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings.

Everything was lovely but would have been helpful if a dinner option were to be made available to guests; even if this were to be on order in the morning and consist of cold cuts and cheeses. More food options from the poolside bar would also improve the experience. And perhaps some more shade by the pool.

Baglio Genovese was a great base for SE Sicily during our trip. The pool was fantastic with a great view of the town of Noto; and also had great bar service. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of food. Since the resort is out of the main town, the breakfast selection made up for the lack of nearby options. The facility is located among carob orchards and is a beautiful pastoral setting with a view. We drove in from the Catania Airport, so it was nice to have on-site parking.

Beautiful property, with amazing views of Noto and a gorgeous pool set-up. Rooms/courtyard/breakfast spot, everything feels like paradise. Very very nice for a relaxing few days if you have a car and go sightseeing around to Noto, Raguse etc.

There’s nothing we didn’t like! We just thought it would be nice to have the option to rent an apartment with a kitchenette if staying for a longer period of time, seeing as the property is remote and far from any restaurants by foot. The place is so beautiful and peaceful we sometimes just wished we could have enjoyed our dinner on our own balcony after a day of sightseeing.

This beautiful property exceeded our expectations. We wanted a relaxed stay in the countryside with views and it met all our requirements wonderfully. The views of Noto from the pool were amazing during the day and at night. They have a pool bar which is open for light snacks and drinks which is very convenient with a great vibe. The room was spacious & the bathroom very modern. The outside terrace was a lovely spot for a scrumptious breakfast whilst overlooking the town. Easy drive into Noto for dinner and they gave us great restaurant recommendations.

The pool and view was amazing. Super quiet and relaxing like a retreat. Staff were really helpful and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and where to park in Old town. The grounds of hotel were really beautiful and rooms were nice with lovely high ceilings.

25€ taxi each way to old town was ridiculous for a 5min journey. Would like if accommodation arranged some kind of shuttle or alternative. Coffee at breakfast was not great. A few cats on property some of which were wild, which was a little unsettling at meal times. Air con in room was quiet poor too.

Lovely location; fantastic views across Noto. Friendly staff who are helpful in terms of booking restaurants and also at the poolside. Rooms are clean and spacious with a nice little terrace outside to enjoy a glass of wine or dry swimming clothes. Breakfast is also great.

Nothing - I think the property doesn’t try to be something it isnt, there’s no restaurant but that actually doesn’t matter as Noto has a lot to offer.

This was the most beautiful place we stayed at in Sicily. The whole complex has a very laid back, nature vibe with the most beautiful view. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The room is super clean and comfy. Parking just in front. Super delicious breakfast with everything you can imagine. The pool area is well managed, clean and looks just beautiful. There are many places to just sit outside and enjoy the view. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Beautiful hotel set among the olive trees. Think quiet, rustic luxury. Amazing infinity pool with a view of the Noto skyline, shaded terrace for breakfast (with ample sweet and savory choices). About a 10 minute drive to Noto, so easy to go out for dinner. Very friendly staff (they happily accommodated my need for extra pillows).

Small details: proper water glasses in the bedroom would be welcome, the pool bar could have a more variety, and is only open from noon to 7 pm, but if you are aware of this you can plan dinners out.

This is newly done up in a beautiful courtyard style with rooms, in the main, opening onto the courtyard. Generous sized rooms, clean, modern Lovely large pool, including a poolside bar with snacks, with a great view of Noto. a welcome relief from the heat of the city At most 5mins drive from the centre Super friendly staff - fantastic welcome from Carolina. everyone friendly - not always our Sicilian experience sadly Lovely breakfast with varied goodies

Beds - hard (as usual in Italy frankly - do you all like sleeping on rocks?!). Give me two pillows please, not just one.
