Excellent accomodation, can totally recommend. - Looks exactly like pictures, very clean and stylishly furnished, air conditioner worked properly. - The owner lady is extremely friendly and helpful. Even though she doesn't speak English we were able to communicate perfectly using Google translate. - Location is very nice, just 5 minutes away from the bus station and main gate to the town of Noto. - Breakfast was provided by the owner and was very nice too - sandwiches, Italian pastries, yougurts, fruits etc.
Two minor things: - sound isolation is not ideal, you can hear the noise from the outside cars at night, it seemed to be the problem everywhere we went in Sicily - water heating system is uneven - you either get a boiling hot water or warmish, nothing in between. But is was 37 degrees Celsius outside anyway, so not a big deal

Our stay was beautiful and the host was absolutely delightful - she went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay and was helpful with everything we needed. The room is very nicely done, and the location is fantastic - just a 7 min walk from the Trenitalia bus, and less than 10 mins to the main Piazza and historic area. There's also a small cafe downstairs,
We pack fairly light, but if you have a lot of luggage for a longer stay, the room might feel a bit tight. Also as with many buildings, there is no elevator, and the flight of stairs may be too steep if you have mobility issues.

We enjoyed our stay in a clean, very attractively decorated room with a lovely outdoor terrace. Comfortable bed with good quality linen. Our hostess was very helpful and served us a good breakfast. Good location for discoveringbeautiful Noto on foot. Recommended.
Our two medium sized cases took up most of the floor space so guests with a lot of luggage would find the room a little cramped and may have difficulty with the stairs.
