The hotel has a nostalgic feel to it, very authentic and cosy. Its also very clean. The staff without exception were all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food on the buffet and there was always enough. I booked a single room and it was more than big enough. The hotel is in the city in a side street so dont expect views, however, it is situated very close to all the activities whilst still being nice and quiet at night. The bus to the beach is 6 mins walk from the hotel and the busses were very reliable. The hotel was extremely clean and well cared for by the staff. I did not use the SPA.It also has a roof top terrace where you can drink a glass of wine .

It would have been nice to have a balcony but I knew this upfront so it was not a dissapointment.

We stayed here for one night before our flight for a bit of luxury and ease with a 10 minute drive to the airport. The room was lovely and brand new. Super comfy beds and silent at night. The roof top terrace was lovely and nice at night as well to wind down and listen to the sounds of the old town. Well located with good, accessible parking, easy to find and well communicated route map to avoid ztl areas. This old town area is quaint, beautiful with good and super cute restaurants, gelaterias and pasticcerias on all the surrounding streets. Great and varied breakfast with Italian breakfast cakes as well as the usual full range of continental breakfast options. Really helpful staff with good English. Thank you for a lovely end to our holiday!

Good location, very large clean room with lovely view. Roof terrace is stunning, the pictures don't do it justice - loads of seating options in sun/shade.

Slight issue where one member of the front desk told us the air conditioning was not available. After one very warm night, we rang reception and that staff member immediately turned the air conditioning for us, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was very disappointing - not a great selection of options on offer.

The hotel is in the old town centre, near the main pedestrianised street of Olbia which has many restaurants and bars. Good breakfast with ample choice of hot and cold food. The hotel has two small parking lots nearby (BEFORE you reach the hotel, make sure to notice them), where parking is free for guests. It has a very nice terrace at the to, where you can sunbathe or just take in the view of the whole city and the gulf of Olbia.

Even on the fifth floor, the cobblestones in the road below make quite a racket when a vehicle transits over them - which is not very often to be fair, but it is noticeable at night. Maybe better soundproofing of the windows would help.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Panorma. The customer service was absolutely outstanding, thank you to each and every staff member; their politeness, willingness to help and enthusiasm was very much appreciated They recommended a boat trip, for one day of our holiday, and it was a gorgeous experience. They also gave us a great recommendation for dinner. A fantastic location; a hidden gem with lovely eateries very close by. Reception ordered a taxi, for us to the airport, on our departure day. It arrived at 11.45am, we went through airport security by 11.58am! Efficiency at its best! The spa facility is slightly overpriced. Apart form that,10/10 for everything else.

This is an excellent place to stay in central Olbia. It is close to bus services, train stations, ferry connections and excellent restaurants. To find your way to the hotel, I strongly recommend that you spend some time on Google street maps (street view), so finding it in the narrow lanes is very easy. If you take Bus No2 from the airport (cost 1 euro prepaid, 1.50 on the bus), disembark on Via Mameli near the train crossing and then walk about 500 metres to the hotel. At this time, Covid 19 precautions were still being enforced, so FFP2 masks are required at all times moving around the hotel. Check in was very relaxed and efficient and the lift nearby to my room was easy to access. The lift only allows single occupation or family occupation, so mixing with strangers is not allowed. My room was very clean and well presented. It had excellent ensuite facilities and the double glazing was very efficient in keeping outside noise levels down. Access to the room is by card, holding it to the outside reader plate for two readings and then the door will be able to be opened. Electricity only works within the room once the card is inserted in the slot above the switches. There is aircon in the room, activated by programming the small panel. There is a kettle and cups in the room for making oneself a hot drink. There is a small fridge, with mini bar items inside, but there was room for a few items of your own Breakfast in the downstairs dining room was very well organised, with Covid procedures in place. A member of staff served you with the items of your choice, from what would have been a buffet area. I thought the choices were good/varied and the standard of food presented good for a light/medium breakfast. I note that someone in the past had complained about the quality of the breakfast, but I feel this was unfair. The coffee with breakfast was excellent! The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding in their friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency.

The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the centre of Olbia, just a one minute walk from the main road and all the bars and cafes. But set on a side street so quite quiet too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very big and so was the bathroom. The room and bathroom were also really nicely done out. And the shower was lovely and warm.

The breakfast was a little bit limited. There could have been more variety.

We really liked the hospitality of the staff, right from the time we arrived through to our departure. They helped with several issues including printing and scanning documents. Breakfast was also very good and we looked forward to it every morning. The view out over the city on our first morning in Sardinia was breath-taking.

We would have like drinking glasses in the room in addition to the coffee cups. Since we just snack in the evening after a big midday lunch we would like more space in the fridge for our snack and less hotel drinks.

Lovely spot in the centre of old Olbia - staff very friendly and accommodating. Lovely old building with amazing roof terrace. Room was nice with a fabulous view. Breakfast was very nice with everything you would want.

Few small things detracted - only one set of towels in the room, difficult to figure out how to turn heat off and no glasses in the room. A little attention to detail would make this better.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in the heart of Olbia. Very friendly efficient staff and a great roodtop solarium with exceptional views of Olbia.

Directions to parking via Giusepi Gabrialdi show street as green 'access allowed' if you turn right coming out of parking when it is actually restricted. Also on arrival to parking should say 'ignore the restricted access sign' because we were unable to get to the parking until we ignored it and found out later that the first section up to the parking area is allowed.
