The pool and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Our room had a spectacular view and comfortable beds. Location very central and close to beaches.

I found the staff to be quite rude, not particularly happy to be there or accommodating. I chose to upgrade our room to a superior. It had a large balcony but no table or chairs so we could not sit anywhere. Also the room did not have any coffee or tea, and when we asked for coffee it was given to us in plastic cups and a surcharge applied. That is not a 4 star standard. On two occasions we were having the buffet breakfast and there was hair in the food at the buffet. I feel the staff should be monitoring this.

The typical Sardinian dinner was very bad. Worse only the lack of manners of the head of the restaurant.

The breakfast was horrible. On top of that, the staff didn’t let us sit in the nice tables with the view because “they reserve those tables for dinner”. Which seems like an incredibly stupid policy - when you walk into the sitting area, all the tables with nice views are empty, and the side tables are all full and crowded - everyone is on top of each other, which also makes no sense in terms of COVID.

Room was ok, just not very nice decorated. Bath was nicely decorated, but shower extrem small. View from the Restaurant was beautiful.

Pick up service was delayed by 1 hour. Traffic was an excuse - there was no traffic excusing 1 hour. Driver was just busy with other things. Only after second complain, hotel recduced the fare by 50 %. That was nice. Restaurant only hat menue (45 EURO) or starter-buffet (25 EURO). Both was ok, but not more. To stay at the hotel, you need your own car. Guests have most been couples with 65 +.

Very nice placed, with Charme, clean. The food was good and the staff was friendly but with distance.

Next to the main pool there was a strong smell like from a cesspool. All doors of our appartment, inclusive the main door were not moving good or closing, one doors frame was broken and while trying to close the door small parts of the wall felt down. From 3 air conditions only 1 worked. I complained and got an acceptable return like for one room less. The television was from the 80s. I thought to have breakfast with a great view and outside, but it is only inside and because of corona guest have all time the same table. Our was most far away from a window at the very back. I asked for to change but was even not possible for one day. We took then our breakfast outside of our appartment, were we had a good view. A disadvatage of the appartment was, that all were some kilometers way from the Hotel and nobody took care. So some made parties there and moving tables in the floor above us at 1.30 am. It could had been nice but except to think we have 4 stars the owner has not any idea what 4 stars should mean.
