The staff were friendly and helpful and even upgraded us to a sea view room on our arrival. They arranged car hire for us which was cheaper than booking online, very efficient service and even allowed us to drop the car at the airport on our last day so we saved money on a taxi. 2 minute walk to the beautiful pittalongu beach which has a few beach bars (mamabeach and tetto rossi were both great). Pittalongu town was very quiet though with most places not yet open for the season, which meant we were limited for dining out options. Good selection for breakfast. The restaurant served delicious but expensive food. Large room with really comfortable bed, good shower and room was cleaned everyday. Unfortunately we had rain 2 days and after that we were bitten all night by mosquitoes!

Pittalongu town was very small and quiet, we would choose somewhere busier next time. Need mosquito nets on the windows so can have them open at night. A kettle in the room would have been ideal for hot drinks.

Extremely polite and pleasant staff ready to solve any problem - even picked us up when we struggled to get to the hotel due to lack of taxis. Great location, beautiful beach nearby, wonderful seaview - the photos correspond to reality. Breakfast alright, dinner exceptional. Rooms very clean (cleaned every day).

Wifi worked quite badly, a number of small charges that could have been included in the price (water in the room, beach service, dinner drinks also not free) - considering the price, booked half-board and four stars - one would rather expect it to be included. No kettle in the room. Overall 8 star rating is fair from our point of view - the disadvantages are in general rather minor; but given the price and star rating could not give a higher mark.

The beach access is great. Such a comfortable hotel-feels like home. Very traditional charming look! The restaurant is great-very nice serving staff, food is traditional Sardinian cuisine. The breakfast has very good variety. The hotel is spotless and well taken care of. My daughter enjoyed the pool as well as going to the beach. Close to a small grocery store and the bus to Olbia. Great smelling soap in the room! Very happy with our stay would stay again.

Our room was great-but just like with any beach properties, sometimes there were funny smells in the room but it didn’t bother us much.

lovely hotel with great location, lovely decor, quite old school and beautiful painted murals. nice garden and pool area, less than 5 mins walk to the beach with some great beach clubs. free parking! really lovely and helpful staff. good breakfast but not amazing. no objection to bringing in own water/snacks etc to bedroom as have read this is an issue in other local hotels

restaurant on site was overpriced and ok at best, if you don’t have a car you are very limited as to where you can go to eat. room was nice but quite basic for the cost, beach service not open in May which was a shame as was a main reason for booking. no lunch options at the hotel bar

This a nice small but complete hotel, walking distance to Pitulongu beach. Amazing breakfast, with só many options. Nice restaurant too if you want to try true Sardinian dishes. You could also see that the owners are there all the time, and that it was a true and nice community. I really love the ground floor terrace room they offered me, I could take some sun. Too bad v the weather was not amazing, but I really enjoyed my time there. Free parking nearby. Amazing staff!!!

The hydraulical and electrical facilities are slightly outdated. There was a tub but I couldn't use it. The water pressure is slightly low but it's really ok. Unfortunately i had an issue with the electrical power and I didn't have power the last night. However the staff went above and beyond to try to fix it and the Problem was mitigated. One small constructive criticism would be to serve real coffee (at least) and juice during breakfast. However overall it was an amazing experience!

Location for Beach. Nice fresh water pool. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good english. Plenty of choice at breakfast but not realy suited to english tastes.

Should have been more choice for vegetarians and vegans on half board menu.

Not walking distance to the main town so you either have to drive or catch the local bus (bus stop is very close to the hotel). Surprised that you have to pay for water in your room. You get one free use of beach towels than have to pay for any additional towels used. No coffee machine in room but you can buy coffee at the bar. For breakfast you have access to a self serve industrial coffee machine. It would have been nice to have real coffee included in the breakfast as the coffee was quite average. Poor lighting in room..

Great location steps from beach, lovely rooms, gardens and pool area, breakfast buffet had everything to a high standard, we reported our mattress was a bit funny on one side , it was replaced immediately , and the staff are happy , helpful and friendly, plenty of local restaurants and bars along the beach . We bought a beach umbrella in Olbia and took it with us for our trip so had that for beach mornings . Theres a mini market close by and a really good restaurant ( pizzas, pastas) on corner near that which is well worth trying

The restaurant attached to the property wasn’t that good , ok but we only ate their once as there’s lots of other lovely places close by

The staff are super nice and helpful,especially mona and Stefania, they make tou feel like home.The place is super cosy, the restaurant is delicious, the room is super clean every day and it has very comfortable bed.Super close to the beach. The breakfast is amazing with different things every day. The garden is very well taken care of and it has really confi soundlunges. This is the best place in Olbia. If we come back, we will be choosing this home again. Thank you for everything.

Small and cozy hotel steps from the beautiful beach. Great if you’re looking for family atmosphere and relaxation, but if you want entertainment you’d be better off in a different place as there’s not much going on in the area. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Close to a bus stop that takes you directly to Olbia city center.

Rooms could use some modernization - for example lack of outlets by the bed (btw mattress was way too firm for my liking which caused some back pain) and no full length mirror. No storage in bathroom to put your toiletries. Drinks, or at least water and beach towels should be free and available at all times - instead you have to pay extra for every little thing. No lunch options in the hotel restaurant.
