Excellent location just off the main square. Hotel was spotless clean airy and the air conditioning helped a great deal. Check in was a breeze. The older lady couldn’t have helped anymore and let us leave our bags until check in time. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had a balcony room 303 and was absolutely perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. The gentleman at reception at night time was very helpful also and provided us with extra pillows on request.

The hotel is located on a very narrow street with no room to stop to offload luggage from our hire car. We had to park in the free parking area about 500m from the hotel and carry our luggage up the road in the heat which wasn’t very pleasant.

The hotel was in a great location near shops and restaurants. The lady on reception was happy to speak via translate on her phone and despite only speaking Italian was very helpful when you took the time to be friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, air con was terrific in heat wave. Free breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good selection of different foods.

Be aware that they close the lift from first to ground floor at night for security reasons, but this is only a minor inconvenience.

Great location in the centre of Olbia with easy access to airport buses (6 minutes away, every 20mins, 1euro, 15 minute ride on bus 2 or 10 from stop 107). Comfy room on 5th floor with views of the town from the balcony. Breakfast aveage but more than adequate.

I have to say that the breakfasts were absolutely amazing, tasty and It was a great decision to have them. 😍 The accommodation was clean and the services was perfect. Location was also good. I really enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location right in the center of old town, 5 min walking distance from train station and also from the bus stop. Staff was so friendly, never getting tired of giving directions how to go around the city and to the best beaches.

I like Italian hotels. clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel Terranova is perfectly located, just off Piazza Regina Margherita, which is filled with jacaranda trees (in full bloom in June). set in a warren of small streets with countless bars, cafes and restaurants, it is perfect Italy. we only stayed one night - but life is short and there is so much to see and do. Lovely filling typical Italian breakfast (perfect coffee and wonderful torta) and five minute downhill walk to Olbia station.

Amazing location, really friendly and helpful staff!! We Booked the hotel very late/last minute due to a cancelled flight from Olbia. Hotel Terranova were extremely accommodating, and happily helped with reception being open until 1:00am. A 10 minute drive away from the airport and a reasonable cost for the nights stay. Perfect location for the bars and restaurants but also away from the noise.

Very cheap for the location, 15 meters away from the best gelato in town and one of the most renowned restaurants. It is a perfect location, near to the bus station and train station. The people at the reception are extremely kind, they even let me check out an our later without extra charge. Thank you!!
