The employees were really nice. The Hotel is also charming and comfortable. It is very convenient to park the car just in front of the room. The room was big and well equipped making it ideal for a family. The location is also nice considering the distance to the centre of Milan. The waiter during the dinner (I think his name is Luca), was excellent. Very nice and professional. The reception ladies were also all very nice and helpful. Thank you!

It is a pity that there is no specific time for the children to visit the SPA. I understand that the SPA is a relaxing zone where people want to have a peaceful time to recover from their daily stress and charge their batteries. However, the children should also have their time, and it would be great to have a specific time (maybe 2 or 3 hours per day) and allow the children to enjoy, at least, the swimming pool. Because, of this, and as we have 2 children, it is unlikely that we come back to this hotel.

The hotel is modern and has a good appearance; the car entrance is very grand, almost like being in an 18th-century palace. The reception staff are attentive and helpful.

The worst part: the hotel is so 'modern' that all the lighting system is controlled by remote controls that are not very intuitive... a simple light switch is straightforward and functional, there's no need to innovate in that aspect. At night, it’s very noisy. We spent quite a while listening to people outside talking loudly, and nobody seemed to say anything to them. The room seemed clean, but I found a large spider in one corner of the bathroom. The room’s fridge is filled with drinks (which are paid for); you have to empty it completely to put your things in, and then put everything back as it was to avoid being charged for room service.

Excellent custom service, and modern spacious rooms. Staffs were very helpful and kind as well. They have also managed to prepare breakfast even if we were not able to join as our departure was earlier so they packed it before hand for us.

The location is a bit of an issue if you aim to commute to the city center or exhibition center, if you are attending CPHI fair. Taxi is quite expensive from here and public transport takes more than an hour to reach with many changes.

The place is clean, has an upfront parking and is a duplex, which is great for using it as a quick b&b for late or early flights, which is exactly what we’ve been using it for. Didn’t have breakfast since we needed to depart early, so we ordered takeaway bags. Never got to use the pool or other services.

Somehow the booked room for 4 had breakfast only for 3 people (not sure if it’s booking.com or hotels fault), so I was asked to pay for the extra person. And since we needed to depart for Malpensa at 6am we ordered breakfast packs. We expected a sandwich in addition to some dry/permanent products, but got only the latter. Absolutely not justifying the breakfast cost.

The staff is super friendly, especially the restaurant team; they were absolutely delightful. The hotel restaurant is excellent and convenient, making it well worth a visit. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable.

The bathroom is spacious, but during showers, the floor tends to get quite wet since there’s no door to close off the shower area. Additionally, the gym is quite small; given the size and structure of the hotel, they could definitely provide a larger space for exercising.

For my standards is the best hotel. 1st parking 2nd it is hotel!!! ,no b&b. Enough with the b&bs . 3rd The room was very clean . The WiFi is ok , the restaurant is ok! Everything is ok ,depend what are you looking for. If you are looking to be at Milan city centre maybe is far away. But for myself to be at one day in Vercelli - Como - biella for my business with my car it is perfect!! 10/10 . That's the reason that i went second time there. And i will go again!

The Property is CLEAN; STAFFS ARE VERY HELPFUL specially ALYFER (Receptionist) who help us a lot during our stay and made all the arrangements for us to make our stay a memorable experience. FIORINDO (Hotel DRIVER) great driver and always makes us safely arrive to our destinations on time during our stay and we we have an early morning drive to get to the city. The restaurant team at night are superb! Food was delicious and well prepared! The Room was immaculately decorated with the surprise package arranged with Alyfer. My HUSBAND WAS OVER THE MOON!!! The SPA & WELLNESS was the highlight as it was so clean and easy to use and we have it booked for ourselves for 2 hours which is a good bonus.

I liked the idea of this Hotel. It is located in a place that is surrounded by the big cities. I loved the idea that I could park the car right outside of the room which make it extremely easy to load and unload the car. Friendly and very polite Staff made true every of our wish. For sure I will visit it again especially in the summer because there is a place with a swimming pool, restaurant etc and you can enjoy a little oasis in the city :-)

I did not like the coffee at the breakfast but the Staff immediately fixed it and offered us the coffee from the bar next to the breakfast room. Amazing support.

The rooms are, in fact, separate sections of a long 1-level building, each with its own entrance, terrace and parking place. Really liked the concept. Rooms are clean and well-furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is tasty and diverse, which you normally don't expect in Italy. The hotel definitely deserves each of its 4 stars. Liked it a lot!

The location suited very well for my goals but for tourists it may not be the most convenient one.

I was only there for 1 night and arrived around 1.00am because of flight delays from the UK. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I didn't use the business center, but breakfast was good and the coffee was hot and strong. Parking was easy once I understood the process

Not a criticism, but clear signs telling travelers arriving by car where to park, check in and then park in the underground car park would have been very helpful
