the Hotel is situated on the main road through Orbetello with parking all round the building. The Reception was manned 24/7 and late check-in was easy after going through the online check-in during the day. It's a 5 minute walk to the center with restaurants, cafes and bars dotted around. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and all facilities available in the room worked. The bathroom was spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was well worth the extra, which we paid on checkout, with a wide array of choices for an Italian breakfast.

The view from the front balconies was anything special, but you still got a balcony to sit and enjoy.

Wonderful rooftop terrace with perfect sunset view, spacious room, everything can be reached in walking distance. Room was clean and staff friendly.

I had a room on the ground floor. Everyone passing by on the street had a direct view into the room and on the bed, so that the jalousie had to be kept closed all the time.

Hotel right in the center of town, very walkable to many things. We were only there overnight because we were on our way from Venice to Amaseno, Italy. It is too long a trip for us to do in one day. Breakfast was excellent Older hotel, but they keep it clean and newer furnishings. We had a beautiful view from the balcony, and it is in a small, but pleasant town.

Since it had a kitchenette, it would have been nice to have some plates, cups, silverware etc.

The position is extremely strategic. Any point in argentario is an easy and short drive away. The rooms are big, spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts and amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were great, air conditioning was perfect, Parking is always easily available in the area. But the best aspect of the whole establishment is the staff. Incredibly helpful, always ready to help, very kind, cordial, professional. Wish them all the best!

Good location, friendly reception staff, air conditioned comfortable room (a room with two double beds) - all we needed to refresh and overnight.

Poor door noise isolation, mising seaside view as given in photos (because the seaside is a block away, nevertheless the payed golden sand public beach can easily be accessed by bus if not a car).

Good central location, nice bountiful breakfast (both savoury and sweet) and large rooms.

No wifi (not a bad connection, no wifi at all), barely usable cell signal in the room, slightly older/harder beds which I found uncomfortable (my wife said they were fine though).

Central location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff (in particular Andrea), a nice breakfast, AC that works well, bike rental available. Nothing very luxurious but a well-run local hotel.

The bed is your typical Italian hard mattress, much harder than what we are used to in many other countries.

This was a great choice of hotel and exceeded all of our expectations. The room and space and artwork was fantastic. Room service kept the space clinically clean, and the breakfast had something for everyone - and got us off to the perfect start each morning. FYI - take the time to check out the roof terrace for its awe-inspiring views of Orbetello!

For Orbetello, the price was incredibly good. We were amazed by the equipment and the design of the rooms. We even had a huge private terrace with loungers. What's more, the whole roof of the hotel is accessible and offers panoramic views of the bay and all kinds of birds living there. The cleaning service was excellent and staff was nice.

Even though the price is great for Orbetello, it's still quite high. One problem we had was that the receptionist who worked druing the evenings didn't speak English at all. Also the air-conditioning was a bit frustrating. It was centrally controlled and set to twenty degrees. We had to turn it off and open the window instead.

everything was very nice and good the staff was very kind i had also a problem in my room 505 i did a big fault because I opened the window just for few seconds and there was like 1 million mosquitoes inside the room already by luck the receptionist man was really helpful and understandable by founding for me another room in the second floor

room 304 it was newer than 505 but the problem is the window and the balcony door are wood and they doesn’t against noise but it was okay i slept well, If you are very sensitive it will not be okay for you and the most important thing for the hotel staff they have to talk with the client and tell him to don’t open the window or balcony because after the sunset all mosquitoes are very active you couldn’t imagine how many they were .
