Incredible room. A real treat to have a sauna and plunge pool in the room! It also had a very comfortable bed and sofa, table & chairs and was easy to keep cool. Excellent location for exploring Ostuni, pick up for tours and for bars/restaurants but in a quieter residential part of town. Breakfast was ample and it was nice to have a jacuzzi on the roof with an incredible view. Valeria & Gratzia were friendly and helpful and the communication prior to check in was excellent. Superb value for money.

The safe didn't work which was a pain as we had to keep passports and valuables with us at all times. This was reported on the first day but no action taken. 3 clothes hangers is a bit mean! We did request more but they did not materialse! The curtains need ties or poppers or something to close them completely. You do not want passers by seeing you naked in the sauna or plunge pool!! Take a safety pin or hair clip!! The rooftop jacuzzi cover is awkward to remove and there is no shade,- it has been shreddded by the wind. There is a slight smell of damp when you return to the room from outside but in this type of property it must be impossible to remove completely. Its just a little attention to detail away from 10/10😉.

From the beginning, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever stayed in! The room we had was in a quiet area and a 5 minute walk to the center. There were many paid and free parking spots around, we managed to find several free spots by the park throughout our stay so that was very convenient!

The room was very musty and humid. We booked the room with the jacuzzi and despite our attempt at cleaning it twice it was FILTHY.. dirt kept coming out of the piping and that was the most disappointing part of our stay as we paid for that room for that particular feature. Also, the breakfast wasn't great as it was very limited for healthy options and it got boring real quick. And lastly, there was a small venting window way up high that didn't have blings so mornings were very disturbing.. we had to cover it with pillows. Regardless, we consider it a worthy stay but just keep these things in mind!

I stayed in the room with jacuzzi and sauna and it is worth every penny. The room is beautiful and big. The jacuzzi that almost looks like a swimming pool, the water did not heat up very much and they sent a man to see what was going on. The problem was immediately resolved, thank you for the speed. If you notice that there is a lot of noise coming from the exhaust fan in the bathroom at bedtime, just turn off the button on the electrical panel that is inside the bathroom. Breakfast is excellent, in a cozy and beautiful room. The location is excellent and there is paid parking 20 meters away. If you don't want to pay too much, you can park for half an hour next door to unload your bags, for 0.50cent, and then park your car for free relatively close to the room. It has several free parking options. I loved!!! Thanks

First time to Ostuni not realising most hotels were old dwellings with steep staircases so having our room on top floor was a unpleasant Surprise travelling with TWO big suitcases! Helpful warnings at booking stage will be appreciated.

The room is really lovely. Breakfast was okay. I just felt could be more variety of fruit. It was a really nice place and the location was just perfect. Staff was super friendly and very attentive.. really professional.

I had some mosquitos one of the nights. However, i mentioned and to the ladies in the morning they made some actions which it worked wonders! They were truly attentive making sure we had a pleasant stay.

Room was unique, great shower and comfy bed. Very quiet area and clean room.

A cockroach visited us in the night which can't be helped as the cave has lots of hiding holes. We didn't have any bathroom products until the second night when shampoo was left for us. The floor bath can't be warmed enough for it not to be a chilly sitting. The hot tub is a great addition but needs a clean.

The staff were really friendly and gave swift advice on things to do in the town. Great to relax on the rooftop with access to the hottub which really added to the experience. Particularly good coffees and pastries at breakfast. The room had a very comfortable bed, AC was great and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Beers in the fridge was a nice touch.

Hard to say anything negative other than the WiFi was not working

This was a super sexy, fun room. Had all the charm you’d ever want in a room. The floor pool was really fun, the sauna was great. Your a 3 minute walk from all the best areas and parking was pretty easy to find as well. The staff was always available and helpful and breakfast was always good.

Only issue was the Wifi was down when we were there.

It was definitely an experience, not the usual room we are accustomed to, the location very close to the center of the city, the construction of the room very different from what we used to, local stone very pretty.

The stairs to the room very steeped and the parking around it was a challenge.

Nice Location, good breakfast, staff very friendly and available to help and suggest nearest beaches. There is also a lovely terrace available to guests with a very spectacular view over Ostuni. Overall good place to stay in Ostuni.

Lots of stairs to get up the room, finding a spot for the car can be tricky.
