We had a room overlooking the pool area which was perfect. Staff were lovely and always helpful. Enjoyed the oil tasting. Breakfast was basic but was healthy and got us through the day. Staff were more than happy to accommodate special requests. The pool area was fantastic.

A few things in our room needed minor repair such as the wobbly toilet seat and one of the curtain rails. Our friends had a 3 room apartment- their common area was fine as it had an aircon unit, but the 3 bedrooms connected to the common area were very hot even when leaving the doors open. It was 34-35 during the day so was very warm time of the year.

Beautiful location. Gorgeous pool and outside area. Quiet. Convenient location if you have your own transportation.

The rooms would probably benefit from being updated. Our bathroom had an unpleasant sulfur odor. It would be great to have nice toiletries added in the rooms. The room had no exterior windows and it felt a little like being in a basement. We had to ask the staff for anything that we needed ( toiletries, pool towels, bottles of water, etc) the staff were a little bit short when asked to call a taxi or car service. There is no access Rosa Marina or anywhere except by car or taxi.

Antoinette was the epitome of Puglian kindness and efficiency. Although she was the only one on duty she reconfigured our room herself. The entry to the estate is spectacular. The buildings and swimming pool are magical.

Our bedroom could have been bigger. Breakfast was served outside. While it was adequate there were many flies, which made for an uncomfortable meal.

The grounds are beautiful, and the gardener is a genius. The staff is outstanding: extremely kind ladies, especially the two ladies at the front desk. The place is very clean and has the best breakfast. There is a magical place at the back of the apartments, guarded by a few welcoming cats: it's a small orchard that seems to be very old. It's a place that makes you feel at peace and if only for this, it's worth spending days at Masseria Tutosa.

The apartments are not 4 stars at all: they are bare-bones with old and shabby furniture. We had some issues with the water heater that made noise. There are very few utensils in the cupboards: not even salt and pepper, no sponge or cleaning liquid, no kitchen towel, barely enough for 3 people. We didn't cook as a result so bring what you need if you plan to.

The staff, the location, the pool and the whole experience was exceptional. I speak no Italian, but all the staff were extremely good at communicating and understanding my requirements. The food was fresh and local, breakfast particularly was very relaxed, tasty and in a beautiful outside space amongst the ancient Olive trees.

Water into the lavatory was a little slow, and so, it was on occasions not possible to flush. I think it was because my room was at the end of the system.

We loved the position, the olive groves around. The manicured gardens the pool, the attention from the staff, the atmosphere and the wonderful breakfast. We had the most fantastic stay and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful place in a very tranquil location. Staff very helpful and pleasant

The hotel is remote. A car is vital for moving around. Taxis are very expensive. This was not made clear. The local community, 5 minutes and 20 euros taxi away, has limited facilities for the general public as it is a gated resort. The hotel has no restaurant. Only limited BandB. The pool was not well kept. Ostuni the nearest town is 8km away.

The rooms have not undergone renovation for a considerable duration, which is acceptable; however, given the 4-star rating of the hotel, my expectations were more substantial. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was rather restricted, predominantly comprising confections such as jams, cakes, and biscuits, with a notable absence of fresh produce like fruits, as well as savory options like ham and cheese
