Price is great and the room itself is simple but sufficient. Self check in was easy and good communication in the lead up. The windows in the bedroom are super thick so you can barely hear street noise. For the price the facilities were sufficient. 10 minute drive to centre of Dozza.

Shower head needs changing as water sprays in every direction but the water was hot. Breakfast is super basic but it’s nice that it’s included in the price.

I liked the hospitality, the price, breakfast.. renovated parts are lovely, clean beds, sheets, towels.

Bathrooms are very much needed of renovations, spider webs in the hall and in the room and some dust.

The structure felt very comfortable. Large room, clean, modern. Large closet and, despite being close to a busy road, it wasn't noisy ad long ad we kept the windows shut.

Shower was too small. Air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a good temperature. It felt a bit too hot. Heard a weird noise coming out of the WC at some point.

Nice breakfast but only with sweets.

Coffee at breakfast only for extra payment. Reception not manned.

The location to Imola race track worked well for us. Ample parking. Very good restaurants nearby.

The breakfast is lacking a warm serving, say eggs and bacon to be added. Staff is not hospitable. Spend more time on the cellphone than to make sure, if you good or need something. Do not greet unless you greet first. Do not offer coffee unle1ss you ask. Loud discussions over the phone inside the restaurant. Offer cereals, but you have to ask for the milk !!!!!! Staff congregate at a breakfast table and have loud discussions. The bathroom floor was not clean.

Easy access, location is ok, if you are tourist good for one night if you just need a place to sleep and you travel by car. Room is clean and cosy. We were at January so good thing was working heating in room. Staff prepared room for us and was warm and comfortable when we arrived. Breakfast very basic, mainly pattiseries, but ok.

Some non-sweet things for breakfast, some of us are diabetics or just don't eat sweets for breakfast.

The accommodation was very basic, but really ticked all the boxes for a simple bed and breakfast. The excellent price made it a good value option, especially with the included breakfast.

The room really was pretty basic, and not somewhere you'd want to spend much time.
