Very nice, spacious, mostly quiet apartment (don't know how it is in full season). The staff was very professional, no complains there. The free parking is most definitely a plus as you can safely leave your car in the underground garage. All in all a god experience.

The location description, on Booking at least, says 'in the city centre' which is not exactly accurate. You are 25-30 minutes (walking) away from the heart of the city so you're not exactly walking out of the hotel into 'city life'. I am only mentioning this as it could be an inconvenience for some people. For us, being in vacation, it wasn't really.

Large room and large bathroom. Quiet. Window that open. Great breakfast choices.

Everything was fine. Amazing breakfast and good structure

The cleaning service was very poor, there were 3 ladies cleaning, everything was fine but the skinny young one was very bad in cleaning, she was always using the phone and screaming at someone and for sometimes she forgot dust everywhere. The other two ladies (the not so skinny and the elder woman were amazing at the cleaning)

Nice big and spacious room. The entire apartment was super clean and housekeeping without even asking did a clean the next day. The staff at the reception was helpful, polite and very welcoming.

Breakfast could have been better. Blueberry yoghurt seemed off and the best before date on it was not mentioned like the other yoghurt options. Also it was a shame that their restaurant seemed shut on a sunday due to some reason. Atleast a pizzeria would have been nice.

The room was very large, comfortable and surface cleaned well. The room/hotel itself is very modern. The location was good for the event we were attending nearby, but it is a bit of a walk to centro and the main sites. We did not purchase breakfast in advance because it was $10 per person per day, but we did buy it for our last day. It was ok. For the days we did not have breakfast, we were offered coffee every morning which was a pleasant surprise.

The room did have dust in corners and the cleaning staff did not do the best with daily cleaning. I found long hair in my sink (we are two men with short hair) and certain details were missed. The bed was too hard for our liking. The value of the breakfast for $10 per day was not good. The breakfast spread was very basic.

Breakfast is very good. Center of Padova 20 min. walking. Plenty to see in city. Not to pricey. It's pretty close to bus and train station. 10-15 min. By train to Venice in 30 min. Every 5 min train to Bologna, Verona. Venice...

We got rooms in aparthotel. Not in the main one. It seems that it's brand new but sanitized with something that had strange smell. We had to keep our window open for two days to clear air.

We have nothing but good things to say about our stay in Best Western. Our room was clean, comfy, spacious, we even had small kitchen in the room. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with great variety of options. The hotel was perfectly located very close to the city center within walking distance. We forgot something in our room upon departure, and the staff was so nice to communicate with us and send it back to our home address very promptly. Definitely recommend.

The services, in general, were quite excellent. Polite personel, excellent breakfast and free spacious underground parking. The hotel's location makes it easy for driving to the tourist attractions in the city. A shopping mall and gas stations nearby were convenient for us, as we were driving, and stayed in a room with a kitchen.

To go from the garage to the annex building, where our room was located, proved to be a little bit complicated, in particular for carrying heavy luggages or having difficulties for walking. This was still not our case, but I would keep that in mind for more senior citizens.

The Studio with Queen Bed and Sofa Bed - Separate Building was very comfortable, it was good for 4 person. The bus stop near the hotel. All kitchen staff working perfect. The refrigerator worked perfectly and it was enough in the kitchen to store food for preparing an excellent breakfast and lunch. Perfect location near the river, 20-30 min walking to the center of Padova. Good shopping around. Very good wi-fi.

There are no mosquito nets on the windows of the hotel, which is in principle uncomfortable when the windows are open and the air conditioner is turned off. The temperature on the air conditioner is not controlled from the remote control on the wall, but from the computer in the lobby. Therefore, right from the moment you check in at the hotel, ask to set the temperature in your room that is comfortable for your stay. There was a strong smell in the room after cleaning with chemical components, which caused some discomfort and in order to get rid of it, we had to open the windows for ventilation.

Very clean, modern, comfortable. Refrigerator in room which is less common than in the US. Breakfast included was exceptional. Location chosen because I was driving an electric car and this hotel had free parking (that we were able to use before check in) and was very close to 3 charging stations. Yet we could still walk to central Padova in under 30 minutes (20 minutes to Scrovegni Chapel), mostly in the historical city.

The other side of the hall would have had better views. We checked in very late, so didn't have much selection and were on the 2nd floor above the lobby. But room was very quiet and clean.
