The hotel is not renewed and not too comfortable but….. THE VIEW!!! OH MY!!! THE VIEW!!!! They have been so lovely to upgrade us to a sea view room and it was just amazing! And the sunset!!!! Seriously… just these were worth every penny. Great and clean swimming pool, staff absolutely helpful and polite, always with a smile! If the rooms are not so nice… it is not an issue, believe me! We’ll definitely be back!

Maybe rooms and communal rooms should be refurbished soon, but that was not an obstacle for such a great stay.

Nice hotel, fantastic views, open-air pool, a see-front dining-room, some spa facilities (we hadn't time to make use of them). Good breakfast. Attentive staff.

No beach in the proximity. The sea-shore needs to be beautified and better arranged for leisure use; this would greatly increase the value of the hotel. Actually, it is a rather isolated place, in a remote residential suburb of Palermo yet not easy to reach without a car. So, today, this hotel's main value is its spa facilitied and beautiful view from the dining room and from some (not all) of the guest rooms. Interesting to revisit this place in a few years, to see how the land and the sea-shore have evolved...

People complain about this place being dated. It is Sicily and it is an older hotel. They staff was great! My room 336 had million dollar views. The price was great. My bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge and everything worked fine. I never turned on the TV, but i was on vacation. I found a great snorkeling spot just a five minute walk across the street. This place is an awesome. I booked one night, then i booked two more once i saw my room and the location.

Good location at the edge of Palermo overlooking the coast. Breakfast was varied and sufficient. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive.

It is a bit run down as other reviews suggested, but not a major issue. Except staff and location everything could’ve been refreshed for demanding customers, but for the price and the sunset did not bother me.

Not necessarily what I didn’t like but an observation I have was The property was a bit dated and won’t suit some people but it didn’t bother me. I would like to note that the staff were always working and doing restorations on the property.

Fantastic view and comfortable room for a good value for money. You need to have a car to get there, as the place is out of Palermo, but if you intend to explore the surroundings and drive around Sicily, it's a great place to stay that will save you from the traffic.

Spa facilities were ok, but we were not informed that it wasn't included in the price of the room. Too expensive for 1 hour of saunas.

I like the facilities such as sauna jacuzzi and the location. The staff were very helpful friendly and they provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

A room with a view to die for. Staff are exceptional, warm, helpful, went more than the extra mile to make us happy. We felt like VIPs despite the very reasonable room rate. Will definitely return. Viva Sicilia!

Payment as you step into the hotel !! Broken bathroom appliance that was to be replaced the day after we left.
