The rooms are located in a beautifully renovated villa with a nice entrance hall, breakfast room, spacious common terrace, cosy garden. Spacious and very clean room with fridge, safety box and fridge, nice and clean bathroom. Room cleaning every day by friendly cleaning lady. Good location: 5 minutes walk from the beach (Lido Valdesi), with a nice restaurant & gelateria on the way (Alba Beach). Transparent communication with the location: we received tips for booking sun umbrella and sun beds on the beach which is extremely recommended in the high season.

Breakfast offering was poor (pre-packaged croissants and toasts, marmalade, butter, yoghurt & cornflakes and coffee). We recommend to enrich the breakfast offering because everything else was really perfect.

Tastefully and modernly furnished accommodation with outdoor shower comes along with very nice owners and a beautiful and lively beach within walking distance. Questions were answered via Whats App quickly at any time. Yoghurt, tea and coffee could be consumed around the clock. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the accommodation.

During the night it might get loud when the motorcycles are passing by. In terms of the included breakfast, we have restocked the sweet buns provided in the room every day with some hearty bread and vegetables since we are more used to it.

Very clean, comfortable and beautiful place, contact with staff non problematic, location just next to the bus stop - good communication with the beach, center of Mondello and center of Palermo.

Breakfast could be more rich - all that was disponible were biscuits, yoghurt and muffins.

Comfortable, clean room and bathroom, enough breakfast, the sea is in 10 minutes walking distance, the bus stop is front of the house.

The "taxi" driver woman who was advised by the appartment for airport transfer.She wasn't kind when we chosed another taxi for backtrip to the airport.

The room was very clean, very comfortable bed and impeccable white bedding and towels. Clean, modern bathroom. Mini fridge in the room. What I didn’t expect in the b&b - everyday room cleaning! That was a very pleasant surprise. Beach is in a few minutes distance. Beach is sandy with crystal clear water. All in all, it was a good choice for a few days stay near the beach.

No toiletries, no wi-fi

Excellent accommodation with great facilities, modern, very clean.

Breakfast unfortunately not so good. There were fresh rolls at one of three nights. On the other two days only packaged croissants and cookies were offered. The price is then too high for this.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and big. The location as well is perfect, because it is just 5min away from the beach. Everything is reachable in walking distance.

Our room had windows to the sreet which gets pretty load even at night.

Owner provided us free water the entire stay. You can have breakfast with whats provided in the kitchen or go to a bar nearby on owner's account. We had Air Conditioner even in the common areas. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The owner allowed us to stay a few hours after the check out because we had the departure in the evening. Owner recommended great restaurants and offerd us guidance. There is hair dryer in every bathroom. Modern place.
