The hotel del Centro is close to the train station and close to the city center were most of attraction, churches and restaurant are. Everything is walking distance. The hotel is clean ,the room spacious and so the bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel has good option. The hotel is quiet and we slept really well, our room had two balcony. There is a receptionist 24 hours. Staff is very friendly,and extremely helpful. Staff customers service are at a level of a 5 star hotel. The quality of of the service, the position of accomodation , and the cleaning standard make this hotel an excellent value for the money . There is also a lift.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel was only a few minutes walk from Statione Centrale so handy for getting to the airport, etc. It is also an easy walk to Palermo's main attractions. Despite being on the busy Via Roma we were not disturbed by noise from the street. The reception staff were very helpful and breakfast was provided cheerfully at a small additional charge. There were many eating out possibilities nearby as well as food shops and all types of other shops.

Staff we're very friendly and helpful. Made me feel welcome and safe as a solo traveller :) The location was also really convenient! Super close walk to Palermo's main historic attractions and the central bus/train station. It's also on a main street, which is handy.

You get what you pay for essentially and so I wasn't expecting anything too flash. One suggestion is possibly having some fruit with the buffet breakfast.

Clean comfortable room. Picked it because it was near airport bus. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Stated it had wifi. Connection non existent on any of our devices. Would never stay in a hotel without wifi. would happily pay extra.for wifi. Due to covid, it’s unfortunately necessary for international travellers to check requirements and update travel documents. Ended up having to do this at local restaurant.

Excellent location with walking distance from almost all main attractions. There is plenty of free parking around the Hotel, although you need a bit of luck to find a spot. The rooms are very clean and the staff were very friendly we even received breakfast as a gift :)

Nothing, all as expected.

The location is as expected, very central. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, and the breakfast is a great spread.

It was quite noisy, since the hotel is right on Via Roma. Keeping the window closed certainly helped, but the AC was not sufficient to keep it cool.

The hotel is close to the main attractions and very close to the main railway station. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the night shift.

This hotel is housed in an old building and has certain problems that have already been mentioned by other guests.

The hotel, as the name suggests, is centrally located. Staff were very helpful in advising on restaurants, booking a cab to get to the airport, and responding to a request for a change of room, as the original one was not well separated from the lobby area.

Bathroom quite small.

Everything, and that when our flight was canceled due to a strike the hotel offered to hold a room for us for extra nights if we needed it without our having to commit to a reservation. Luckily though, our airline rescheduled us through a different connecting flight.

The staff was outstanding and accommodating. The hotel is in a relatively good location, you can walk to most attractions quite easily. There is a mini-market down the street and a Lidl across the street. Neutral: The AC is controlled by reception!

The room was quite small and missing some key amenities such as a fridge or any tea/ coffee making abilities. The bathroom was also a little “dirty”. The bedding was a little worn with small holes in the sheets.
