A small cozy hotel. Minimal facilities but all necessities were met. A special shout out to the staff and the reception at all shifts were equally kind helpful and welcoming. Rooms were well cleaned, beds were comfortable, bathroom was well maintained.

If I was to say something to be improved is the breakfast variety. Though the selection was basic and proper, the coffee was excellent by the way, a bit more effort on having a wider selection would be nice.

The hotel is ideally positioned in immediate proximity to the train station. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. We had planned to leave our car at the train station parking for a week while visiting Emilia Romagna. Strangely enough it was closed. In spite of our one night only stay, the Century staff proposed to leave the car at the secure, video-surveyed indoor hotel parking for the week for a very reasonable fee. Thanks again for the much-appreciated gesture, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for the positive and helpful attitude.

Good location next to Parma Railway Station and close to the old town, which has many restaurants, bars, and places of interest. Helpful and friendly staff. Good secure parking underground. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with matured Parmesan cheeses.

Due to the age and layout of the building, there were multiple lifts which you had to move between and which were quite small - might be difficult for guests with mobility issues, though we managed fine!

The room was modern. It was rather small, but enough for a short stay. I liked most the friendly receptionists, even at late hours they were always friendly and helpful.

It was quite noisy from the nearby road. Maybe the windows are poorly insulated? The breakfast room is in the basement, no windows, which I found a bit odd. But again, very friendly waiters.

The Century Hotel was great. We drove into Parma and were given specific directions on how to arrive avoiding the ZTL zones. The staff at the desk and at breakfast were great and welcoming. We had a car that was parked securely in their garage. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet but could hear the people in the room above us walking around at 4:30 in the morning. The breakfast was superb.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location next to the station is great if you need to take the train. Bathrooms are bigger than what you usually get in Italian hotels of this class. Overall it's a good value for money.

It's a bit of a labyrinth inside, but it doesn't really affect the stay. The view from the window was... another window.

Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and friendly staff. Air conditioning was much appreciated as we traveled during the summer. The location is just steps to the train station.

The location is far from the center of town, restaurants, or attractions. It is not in the best part of town so would have been uncomfortable walking at night if I was alone. If I was staying in Parma longer, I would not stay here.

Quaintly old fashioned,very central for station, shops and restaurants. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast good, needs better bread and not just hard rolls or croissants. Air conditioning works well. Bathroom clean and adequate. We e been going here for years and will continue to do so.

Hard pillows. No TV programmes in English.

For me the location was perfect: few steps from the train station and no more than 10 minutes walk to the city center. The room had everything I needed for 2 nights stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of food for breakfaast, it was better than typically in Italy.

The breakfast and the servers were perfect. The owner loved art and there was lovely and interesting art all over the walls in the sitting room and in our bedroom as well. It was across from the train station and across the street from a wonderful restaurant and 4 blocks to the duomo....it was beyond perfect!
