Location is perfect, it has the most amazing views of the lake and is a 10 minute stroll into the town, restaurants, shops and ferry’s and 10 minute stroll to the beach. Hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent looking over the lake. Staff very helpful.

It would be useful for guests checking out with a later flight time, to have the use of a shower room. There are toilet facilities in the basement of the hotel but the addition of a shower room would be very useful. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.

This is the third occasion on which we have stayed at the hotel. The hotel is modern, with a good location for those using Peschiera as both a destination and a base to travel within the region. Our room was reasonably spacious and comfortable. During our stay the room was maintained to a high standard, especially as regards cleanliness. The breakfast menu offered a good range of quality food, with attentive staff on hand to help as necessary. Indeed the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff is a key strength of the hotel.

Two minor suggestions for improvement. Firstly, given the room accommodated three persons, a second chair in the room would be beneficial. Secondly a short guide on the air con controls would be helpful

No shelving in the bathroom

The location of the hotel is perfect- a short walk into town. It’s easy to stroll to the ferry landing for boats to explore other towns around the lake. The train station is a little further but still walkable. The hotel booked a taxi for us when we needed to catch an early train to Venice .The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at breakfast .We enjoyed the wide choice each morning ; there was plenty of fresh fruit, croissants, juices, pastries - something for all our different tastes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower good.

There wasn’t much to dislike ! The only problem we had was that in 2/3 of our rooms , the adaptors we brought from the uk wouldn’t fit into most of the sockets which meant using the one bathroom socket the adaptors fit into , for everything.

The hotel is forensically clean. It’s contempoary but very comfortable at the same time. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a hotel in PESCHIERA del Garda. Above all, the staff are AMAZING. They are very helpful and can’t do enough for you. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. I can’t believe it’s only a 3 star. Breakfast is amazing by the way and sets you up for the day.

The point I could make, is that we had a late flight back to the UK. We had to check out of our rooms at 10.30 and unfortunately (and fully understandably) the hotel couldn’t accommodate our request for a later check out as they were fully booked. They do have excellent wash facilities, however a communal shower in the basement adjacent to the washrooms would be an amazing addition. This is a very small observation as the hotel and the staff are fabulous.

Veronica at reception was extremely helpful, a wonderful hotel in a great position overlooking the lake remember to book a taxi if you are arriving by train.

Absolutely nothing.

Excellent location by the lake! Short walk to the boat, slightly longer walk to the train station. The receptionist was Great, she gave good advice about local restaurants and boat schedules. Comfortable bed, everything was clean and well maintained. I usually don't care too much about the quality of the room but i got sick so i spent a full day staring at the furniture and walls after the tv got boring. So it was a good room to be sick in as well.

Nothing, everythings good

The hotel is located very close to the lake, one of the best locations from this city. From our room was a very beautiful view on the garda . Breakfast was served with the different dishes, including orange juice, everything very tasty . The staff is very friendly! The hotel made for my girl surprise on your birthday, it was a cake!

Great location; hotel is really nice and all areas are very clean; all hotel staff are super-friendly; great breakfast choice. As we were leaving very early in the morning (before breakfast time) they offered us something warm to drink and some croissants before we hit the road. We will surely book this hotel again :-)

It is hard to find something that we liked less. Maybe foresee some kind of wall insulation to absorb the noise in the breakfast room; some guests/groups can be quite loud.
