No kettle in the room, but I asked for one and they provide one Tiny fridge, way to small for a family room (but the owners did let us use a shelf in their fridge) We paid for breakfast to be included but you had to pay extra if you wanted a hot breakfast. The Restaurant was closed! So we had to drive out for lunch and dinner every day as the fridge was too small to store food and water and there are no facilities or utensils to prepare food in the room Be prepared to wash your hire car as the v long dusty track to the accom meant our car was covered in a yellow Sandy dust at the end of the week but only 3 euros to wash at a petrol station so not a problem

The staff is spectacular and the surroundings are exceptional! Super close to Pienza and Montepulciano and right in the heart of Tuscan wine region. The breakfast is modest but the kitchen is available to prepare almost any extra.

Didn't really have anything I didn't like. We arrived at 9pm, which is the deadline for the regular check-in without any surcharges, and they were kind enough to still let us have dinner - although we didn't do a reservation. Altough there were not many options we appreciated the gesture.

Beautiful tuscan hotel with its own olive plantation and a restaurant that makes delicious pici aglione and the best pumpkin soup. It was very central and was our base to explore Tuscany with visits to Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, La white Balena, Val dorcia etc.

The mattress that sank, lack of of coffee/tea making facilities. However, they let me borrow their kettle to make tea on the last night we were there.

Wow... this property is insanely gorgeous. This place really exceeded our expectations. We are so bummed we only stayed a night. Could've stayed here for easily a week. The room was super clean & comfortable. The pool was our favourite part. It was just perfect. All the staff was so friendly & lovely too. free parking was available & it was in a really central location. We will be back here for sure :)

Stunning house and grounds - picture perfect sunrise and sunset views, typical Tuscan architecture. Very large, comfy rooms. Internet available even in the room which was nice bonus (website says only in common areas). Super lovely staff - especially the owner. The local town (Pienza) is also very pretty and great for visiting. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well-maintained (bring a bath cap as it's the law in Tuscany!). Delicious food served at dinner (with aperitivo served al fresco in the garden).

The breakfast isn't amazing, but then again that's not an Italian specialty (food served at dinner on the other hand was delicious). Also be aware that the place doesn't serve lunch - but that was clearly signposted beforehand.

Beautiful and peaceful grounds, Friendly Staff, Excellent location. Onsite breakfast was pleasant. Rooms were great too! I host a Photo Tour throughout Tuscany and come to this place every time! I use this location as a basecamp as it is located near all of the iconic locations.

The Pool was under construction but I will be back next year to swim in it!

great position few miles from Pienza and San Quirico. wr come to Val D’orcia all the time and really want to be at reach of these two towns to have a stroll in the evening and go to restaurants. We loved the sunset over the hills with aperitivo at hand. The family room was big and comfortable and the pool is a great to have with kids. pool table in a big comfortable play room was great too.

it isn’t an agriturismo in the sense of being able to experience the life of a farm. it’s merely a hotel / restaurant

This was by FAR our favorite accommodation of our trip. We were extremely sad to leave and wish we had the opportunity to extend our stay. The staff/chef are amazing. The property is so beautiful. It was close to everything we wanted to see. It's a wonderful stay for a family. Great history of the property. Very grateful it was affordable. Def a highlight. It was so great that we canceled one of our plans just to hang out on the premises with some wine.

Such a quaint Tuscan villa! staff was wonderful and friendly.

We were a few miles outside of town. Didn’t get to use the pool because of weather but it was a beautiful pool!

Perfect stay ! It offers you the best of Tuscany. Great location, perfect view from the guest house. The hosts are incredible, supportive. Best option ! Love it.

Just one point :the quality of the matresses could improve a little bit. We stayed in a 4 people room and the sofa bed was not comfortable .
