Great location, walking distance from Pisa airport and also Pisa central train station. Lovely big room with large bathroom. Complementary coffee and bottled water in room. Great hosts, very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage there after we checked out so that we could walk around Pisa and then returned in the afternoon to collect our bags and use the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing which perhaps was missing was breakfast but we knew this in advance and it wasn't an issue for us. Would have been nice if it was provided though 😊

The location is good if you want to walk to the airport or the train station. It's a bit further away from Pisa Tower and the old city centre, but you can still walk there in less than one hour. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable; Good communication with the manager. The place is a family house renovated to have some independent rooms on the first floor. We'd stay there again.

Feedback for "room 2": The bathroom is quite big but the shower is small with no place to put your toiletries inside. Other than that, not much to complain. You have to climb a set of stairs in case that's an issue for you.

Excellent location for both airport and train station. 15 mins easy safe walk from airport. With back to airport, walk forward under viaduct and continue straight. The road to hotel is on the right just after roundabout. Train station is about 12 mins walk away-- again safe and easy walk. The owners are lovely and very helpful. Allowed us to leave our luggage overnight whilst we visited Cinque Terre. Room small but comfortable and well equipped. Fantastic pizza restaurant-- turn left out of property and just 2 minutes walk. Superb value and quality. Easy walk into centre of Pisa and shops and restaurants.

Location: 15 mins walk from airport, 5 mins to railway station, 10 to River, 15 to Leaning Tower. Quiet residential street. Preferable to location near Tower as more versatile for longer stays. (Also no smelly drains as in town centre). Staff: Brilliant. There to greet us at 23:50 when plane delayed. Charming and caring. Room: Clean, comfortable, amazing shower-room. Mosquito nets over window. Lovely view over garden. Facilities: Kettle, coffee maker with coffee, fridge with cold mineral water, spare bedding, lights by beds, plenty of sockets. More bottles of cold mineral water and more coffee given each day Off-Street parking if you needed it - we didn't Keys for accessing independently given at check-in

Paper cups didn't fit under coffee-maker spout and got too hot to hold. China cups would be preferable

The location was perfect for me and my wife. It's literally a 5 minute walk from the airport (you don't hear any planes) it was a couple minutes' walk to the Pisa train station, which made it so easy to travel around, in 4 days we were able to travel to Florence, Livorno, Sarzana, Monterosso Al Mare, La Spezia, Ciampino. Staying where we stayed really made us able to experience a lot of things. The hosts were very friendly down to earth people, and you could tell they really valued their customers. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, which was fine for them, and when we checked out, they allowed us to keep our bags in their building as we had a later flight and wanted to explore one last time. The room was cleaned every morning also.

Big size room with clean bed sheet, pillow covers and towels. Its a 10 min walk to the airport terminal with a few decently priced food places on the way. The train station is also about 15-20 min walk in the other direction. Its a 30 min walk to the main part of the town and about 45 min to the leaning tower. The villa has a huge courtyard infront so the rooms are away from the street and it was quiet in the room. Water kettle & coffee maker provided in the room with complimentary coffee capsules, tea bags, croissants and water bottle.

My wife is very sensitive to dust mites and she got an allergy attack in the night. It could probably be that the blanket had not been washed for some time.

The host and hostess were so friendly and helpful. Fab location for airport as just a 10 min ish walk. Also train station very close by. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the air con was magical during this heatwave. No breakfast but that’s no problem as ample shops and eating places very close by. The room has a good size fridge which was very useful for us too . 2 minutes down the road is the restaurant Pizza Paridisea which was very excellent!

Extremely friendly and helpful owners. Lovely family. Beautifully decorated, neat and clean. Got a fresh and homely feeling. Coffee machine, tea and coffee in room. Daily water bottles, fresh linen, cleaning facility. Freedom to come and go. Hot and cold water. Location near bus stop.

Small staircase. Rooms upstairs. Bit of problem for people with disabilities or arthritis. Staff helped us in shifting luggage up and down, which ws not possible for us, ourselves.

Very clean, easy check in, good sized room and en suite shower room. Walkable to the train station and the airport but make sure you when coming from the train station down via filippo corridoni to take via cavalcavia to cross the train tracks otherwise you will end up having to lug your case up a very big set of stairs.

What a pity that our kingsize bed had been made up with single sheets. This caused a disturbed night's sleep as we were both pulling the sheet to get a piece! As blankets are used and not duvets in a washable duvet cover it is very important for hygiene reasons that the sheets cover any part of the ( small) wool blanket that could come in contact with the body and especially the face. Please note that rooms are on the first floor with access via a steep and narrow staircase.

Super friendly accommodation, perfect for staying the night before heading off to the airport. The walk to the airport from the accommodation is about 12 minutes and feels safe, even at 3:45 in the morning. The shower is great too! As a bonus, if you come out of the accommodation and turn left, at the end of the road there is a pizza restaurant selling some of the best pizzas we have ever tasted.
