I like all staff from reception to the gardener. The girls from the reception were very kind for all our questions, they even made reservation to a restaurant for us. The clinging lady was every day pleasant with us, and clean our room every day. Ladies in the dinning were very helpful and kind, and the food was delicious especially the menu for dinner. The man who were like Housemaster helped us with the safe. Every person in the hotel were doing their job very good and with positive spirit. The room was spacious and clean, the food tasteful, and the espresso was very good. We have always place for parking at the parking place. We loved everything about this hotel.

we only wish to had a little bigger canopy on our terrace on the room 109, to enjoy our caffe during the raining mornings and enjoying vine on the raining afternoon.

Really very good hotel. I believe, it should not be 3-star hotel. It has to be 4 star! Very green, perfect kitchen, clean. Pool was awesome! Very atmospheric place)))) I’m staying at this hotel for third time, and it’s not getting worse. Thanks!

Quiet location, lovely setting and great pool

Not as close to the beach as thought and necessary to cross busy road to reach it

Room’s bath was extremely small and very basic.

The property was lovely, great pool area and rooms were clean. The lady looking after the bar was so lovely. They only kind staff member.

I would expect a property that has a pool would provide towels or at least an option to rent a towel. But they didn’t and the staff were rude about it. The room we were given had a broken aircon which we assumed the staff were fully aware of but put us in that room anyway. It was only after several requests that they admitted it was broken and didn’t bother letting us know until we went to reception for the forth time and slept a night in the unbearable heat, they then accused us of stealing towels and wouldn’t put us in a new room until we gave them the towels. This was so ridiculous as we hadn’t even left/checked out of the property. The staff at breakfast were also quite abrupt when we accidentally sat at a table. This hotel reserves breakfast tables for the entire 2 hour service which is also ridiculous. I understand mishaps can happen and everything doesn’t also go to plan but when the staff are rude about it it makes it 100 times work. After all hotels are a hospitality service, staff are there to accommodate guests and we did not feel welcome.
