The room was very clean and modern. The rain shower was excellent, with great water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the linen was good. Overall, very good. The pool area was nice and the barman very helpful. The reception staff were also friendly and gave us a nice welcome. The staff at breakfast were very friendly, efficient and very helpful. The lady waitresses were always cheerful and friendly and remembered the coffee etc each person liked! The lady on the egg station was also lovely.

My one complaint about the room (109) was that it was very dark even during the day. It was on the ground floor and had bushes right outside which cut all the light out and meant we couldn't enjoy the balcony. This was a shame. I know it's not traditional in Europe, but it would have been lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening and it was very expensive, with a limited menu.

Crystal clear beach next to the hotel, gluten free options(pasta, bread), lots of sea food, clean, friendly -attentive to detail staff, beach bar made gluten free pizza.

Hard bed mattress and very dark room( not enough light and mirrors), sometimes it was harder to communicate as not everyone from staff speaks english. It was very weird the way of allocating sun beds by reception(you do not get a choice) and making guests to pay 20euros per day for it. It would be nicer if people for breakfast would be seated as it is for dinner. Sometimes there were no ready tables or coffee served after the breakfast.

room was big and nice, personal was friendly. in summertime must be perfect place.

I book this hotel in off-season for still very high price. Reason was that I want to go to Sauna. Even that the local rate was 30 % lower (i use this for second night) i had to pay extra for Sauna. A little unfortable feeling is left with this Internet rate and supplement charges, i do not known from Austria/Germany Hotels in common.

2min walk to the beach. Nice pool area and room sizes. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff

The entertainment during dinner was too loud, as we were unable to have a normal conversation. Poor wifi connection in the rooms

good quality except the lack of vegetables. Tomatoes were not available during the first 2 days of our stay and vanished after 9:00 o'clock

no coffee/tea in the room. Two of the receptionists could hardly speak English, so getting info was quite difficult

We had a lovely room with balcony and could see the sea. The pool and area was excellent with beautiful views. The bar and beach opposite was really nice as was the food and in the hotel bar Michaelangelo could not have been nicer. Matel and the chef and team across the road went the extra mile to meet our requirements and party spirit.

The only issue was transport into and from the town for those not able to walk that far. A courtesy service even paid for would be useful.

Hotel very close to the beach with own lido, hotel with rooftop pool overlooking the ocean, amazing restaurant „Aqua“ where we ate dinners with absolutely delicious menu & food (would rate it 1-star Michelin)

One very nicely kept hotel, very decent internet connection in the rooms, the staff were friendly, they provided us with late night dinner on our arrival out of restaurant hours. A sufficient breakfast range: omelette, cheese, ham, pancakes, pastries etc. The private hotel beach at extra cost is just across the road and was really enjoyable- clean surroundings. The location is unremarkable but the beach is great and the staff are helpful.
