We really enjoyed our stay at Belvedere, the private suite we had just by the pool, the size of the room, super well furnished and equipped with everything you might need to arrange yourself a nice breakfast or picnic. The grounds are very well kept, with a lovely garden embracing the property overlooking the city/sea. Tomasso was quick, responsive, helpful, a true host.

Nothing really. For us the place was amazing. It is a bit uphill (15-20min from the port) so if you don't have a car/scooter and walking long/uphill distances is a challenge, better to talk to Tomasso about transportation options early on.

Apartment with garden view was amazing, we spent lovely 4 nights there with our 6 months baby. Location is super, 15-20 min by feet to the centre, 5 min by car to nearest supermarket, two very nice beaches are nearby - 5 minutes by feet. We were enjoying sunset every evening from the residence. Our apartment with garden and terrace was superb, all we needed, even baby cot was provided upon our request free of charge. Everything was superb. Tommaso was very kind and helpful, providing all the information we needed. We will return for sure once we are back on Elba island.

I liked everything. Very beautiful area where i lived, the house is new clean and cozy, i had my own terrace and bbq. The best thing that it’s near to 2 beaches which are so nice. And of course corse the owner of the resedence is such a pleasant guy! Ciao Tommaso, grazie for getting me from and to the harbour! Your vibe gives your residence more warmth and hospitality and i have a strong desire to come back again! And surely i will stay at your place! Grazie mille!

Tommaso is a wonderful host, the houses are clean and tidy, will tell all the information no worse than the guide. There are also 2 beaches 5 minutes from the accommodation. The views there are just gorgeous.

There are some drawbacks in the housing itself but this is probably a common problem in Italy, namely two bedrooms (they have single beds pulled together).

The Garden was beautiful with lots of plants and trees, it was like being in a little jungle:) The location was very good, just a little walk to the beach, the walk is very steep, but really worth it. The same applies to the walk into town. If you do go into town make sure to go to the old town as it is much nicer than the new part. If you have any queries, don't hesitate to ask Tomaso or Barbara, they are always happy to assist with any questions and they are very friendly.

Some of the furniture was quite old, but the owner did mention to us that they have already started renovating the appartments.

Wonderful location near the beaches and also centre of Portoferraio. Bikes available to cycle down to town in 5 minutes or on foot 10 minutes- so really convenient location. The gardens and pool were lovely and the family were very welcoming and helpful :)

very friendly staff, offered a lift to and from the port which was very nice, not many cars pass there so very peaceful, nice outside patios, about 10-15 minute walk from lots of bars and restaurants, very clean

lovely situation and design of apartments had everything you would need proprietor very kind and friendly not overlooked kitchen and bedroom just right

shower a little dated and not 100% am fussy about bathroom-

I truly appreciated a mini tour around the town Tomasso gave me at the arrival with recommendations of places to visit and good restaurants. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I came without car, so was grateful for a ride from/to the ferry harbour.
