Excellent location, just far enough from the madding vehicles and hustle of the city. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Impeccably clean, beautifully kept surroundings, ample parking space. Good continental breakfast, including fruit, yogurts, cereals, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, ham, salami, cheese, croissants, cakes. Served by the pool. One can book dinner as well.

The flies in the room. Maid must have left the bathroom window open while cleaning before our arrival. Once flies were dispensed with, we had no more hustle. We made sure that if the bathroom window is slightly open, then the bathroom door is closed.

The breakfast was good, help yourself buffet with hot and cold choices. Large pool with lovely garden around it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and fresh with a small balcony. We had dinner in the hotel which was good and the service was good.

There are no shops bars or restaurants nearby and You can’t walk from the hotel into Pozzallo so need a car or taxi

We booked at the last minute since our ferry was cancelled and postponed to the following day, and I could not be any happier to have made this choice. Stumbled upon this hotel by accident and from what we saw it is worth visiting for a full holiday. Room was superb, view is to die for, the pool area is massive and the breakfast is just exceptional. Ample parking space is also available, which always helps!

everything was perfect, rooms were very clean, fresh breakfast, service with a smile and the location is really good. highly recommended. also they fulfilled my request to get some flowers for my partner and everything was co ordinated perfectly

there was nothing to dislike in this hotel as it was like feeling at home always smiling and happy to serve

Lovely grounds, enormous pool where you can really get a great swim and the location of the restaurant by the pool is lovely. Dinner and breakfast were delicious especially the cakes!

Would have liked croissants at breakfast. When we arrived they had run out and we were told it would take 30 mins to cook them

It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. The pool is very nice and clean. The room was spotless with a nice shower. Above all the staff there are extrmely helpful and nice.

Some people where smoking inside the property although it is not the hotels fault.

The breakfast was very good --- the right items and very good quality. Obviously, the pool is an added value, clean and good size, especially on the days we did not go to the beach and/or late in the afternoon after returning to the hotel.

Actually, it was a very good experience nothing to complain about for the reasons mentioned --- the location, the room and the food, not just the breakfast, but dinner was excellent. In fact, we have dined at the hotel on all the days of our stay. A very good experience!

Clean, close to the harbour, free parking. Receptionist was very nice and gave us a list of restaurants sorted by distance from the hotel. To access the hotel, there's a turning from the main road into what looks like a private road. You can either park in front of the hotel itself or in a carpark next to it (still within the same private road).

The room was spacious and well equipt. Air conditioning worked very efficiently. The swimming pool and it's facilities were well maintaned and we had an excellent time closing off the day after being at the beach. Breakfast was available in both continental style and american (eggs, bacon, cheese....)

Loved the hotel and pool. Rooms were clean and lovely. Staff was extra nice and patient.

The location of the hotel made it difficult to go downtown to the town of Pozzallo. We had to use a taxi everytime we wanted to go somewhere. I think a really good idea would be to have some type of shuttle every hour or so for guests to get to town and back.
