We had a lovely and peaceful time at the hotel. Absolutely recommended to anyone. Big room, great views from all windows. Very good and tasty breakfast. The room was also very well cleaned. There was everything we expect from the hotel. The staff was nice, polite and very helpful. There is no problem to park the car, there was always a place available. If we ever come to the same area, we will definitely choose Hotel Sancelso. Thanks a lot to owners for keeping good quality of service.

very nice breakfast with home made cakes and soya milk
not enough vegetables choice, I think a starter buffet instead of a starter is nicer, the chef made an effort to serve us pescaterian food.

Excellent location, amazing view from our room, comfortable beds, large parking lot, breakfast and dinner included. Dinners were tasty. Free wellness (sauna and steam).
Wifi didn't work, we missed hot breakfast (like scrambled eggs, sausage, etc.), almost no one from the staff speaks English, ski room outside the hotel. Maid knocked on our door about 8 AM which is very early and there is no sign "Do not disturb/Clean the room". No cleaning service on Wednesday (even at 8 AM) we don't know why.
