amazing rural stay, pool and hot tub and the very best breakfasts. staff were lovely. situated in beautifully planted gardens with an amazing selection of animals including camels, ostrich, llama etc. near to Pula and good location for exploring beaches including fantastic beaches at Chia.

The property is let down by the dinner restaurant in a separate building which seems to be run by a different management. the food was awful and some of the service was positively offensive. there are good restaurants in Pula and down the road but you need a car to get to them. Also the rooms are quite dark.

Very relaxed feel to the hotel and a good base camp for getting to plenty of the local beaches Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good with plenty of options It was nice that there was a working farm on the premises so going to see the animals was a nice change Parking was easy The gym had a good variety of equipment if a little small (and quite warm!) Value for money in peak season - for all of the above the stay was well worth it

Some of the sun loungers by the pool could do with a bit of love / updating The lunch option is very limited in the breakfast/ lunch area (burger and salads) The bar area in the evening doesn't quite feel like a bar You definitely need a car to go and explore if you stay here

The place blends sofistication and coziness. Their breakfast is also excellent, with many options available on the buffet. Cherry on the cake : As we went in May, the flowers from their gardens were all blossoming and their scent was all over the place. Never seen that before in a "3-star" hotel. If I ever return to South Sardinia, I know I am staying there for at least two days to relax.

Very small detail : The place is so quiet during the night that the noise from the mini fridge in our room was disturbing our sleep. That can be easily solved, however.

Exceptionally friendly staff, went out of their way to making our stay fantastic. Interesting history of the area. Lovely accommodation, rustic, super clean and comfortable. Used the spa and had a massage, heated outdoor pool, lovely surroundings, 20-30 minutes from Cagliari. Tasty food in the restaurant and brilliant service and choice of local wines. Would stay again.

Nothing not to like.

Well kept hotel, nice garden and pool. Rooms were stylish and good equipped. Loads of storage space. Daily housekeeping. Nice petting zoo on the grounds. Breakfast was continental and had for everybody something available from croissant, spreads, ham, eggs, fruit and cakes. Onsite restaurant very reasonable priced. We were there almost every night. Very friendly staff. Had a massage and there is 10% off for hotel guests.

The hotel is not too big and has a cosy feel of a boutique hotel, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained along with the swimming pool. Chia area is beautiful and is worth a visit.

The staff didn’t tell us much at all about the property and the facilities, so there were things we were second guessing. The price of drinks at the pool charged to the room was very high!

Beautiful farm with lots’s of farm animals and others. My daughter enjoyed seeing chickens, deer, ostritch. I enjoyed my walk in the morning and was able to connect with nature. The room was stunning and big! There’s even a room for our daughter! The orchard was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it so much! We also enjoyed the swimming pool

Our room was quite far from the pool which means we have to walk in the heat a lot of the times including 7 year old. It wasn’t too bad though.

The hotel is exclusive and quiet. There are always enough sunbeds around the pool and massive hydrotherapy pool. The staff were wonderful, especially Shanna, who could not do enough to help. The breakfast and lunch were of a good standard and the separate on-site restaurant was very good for the evening meal. We did however, prefer Bacchi Xeddu, the nearby independent restaurant which was only about 50 metres away. The Porcchetone was so good that I ordered it on both occasions that we visited. If you want a peaceful holiday this may well be for you.

If you are coming here it would be advisable to have a car. The bar shuts at 8 o'clock every evening but this is only a minor inconvenience as the restaurants will entertain you until well after that time.

The staff were very friendly. A very nice environment enjoyed just lounging by the pool.

For the price i would have expected no extra cost for use of pool towels for example. Nice location but a bit inconvenient if you dont have a car.

Hotel was clean, rooms were great with fridge, shower was excellent, fresh towels everyday. Staff were fab, pool area and jacuzzi was excellent.

Hire a scooter, which was advertised in reception, was disappointed 😞 as it broke down and we were strand at Porto Pino with no help from rental Company and it cost us €110 to get back so be aware. You definitely need transport which is expensive unless you stay in or very near a busy town. Room had no kettle 😕 could definitely do with.
