Nice rooms, clean & tidy with high standards of room design. Good showers and washing facilities. Pleasant balconies, close to the beach and other facilities

The room air conditioning seems to be set at 25 degrees C and it’s difficult to cool the rooms down at night. If you leave the window open to help cool it down, there’s a lot of noisy peacocks in the area which start calling and making a racket very early in the morning. Our sleeping experience wasn’t as restful and good as I could have been

Room was everything that was advertised. It was larger than expected with clean, fresh decor. Staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast included in the price was good. Location is 5mins walk from some of Ravenna's great beaches and there are cafe's, shops and places to eat / drink with a minutes walk. There is no evening restaurant service however for 20euro they will give you a voucher to take to a partner beach restaurant for a two course meal with side dish (drinks not included)- I had the risotto starter and grilled seafood main both of which were great and there was plenty of it.

The breakfast was very good, a good range of items to choose from. The staff were very helpful. The day time staff helped us to book a shuttle to our Cruise Port.

Beds were extremely hard but managed a few hours sleep. More than one cup would have been helpful as there was two of us sharing.

The breakfast buffet was great! There were plenty of choices and everything was very tasty.

There was nothing wrong with the bunkbeds but we were a family of four adults, we did not have children. I was not clear on the sleeping arrangements that I signed up for.

Close to the sea, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Hotel owns a private parking were a place could be reserved. Better to do that as no free space to park outside usually. Nice breakfast, one of the rare places that offers a real fresh (just to press the button) orange juice.

Red lights on the balcony are something to live with.

The personnel is friendly and responsive. We received good recommendations regarding restaurants and connections with Ravenna.

Breakfast was good (esp. juices), but it could be more varied. Lack of tomatoes and other vegetables.

WHEN the clerk at front desk booked taxi to cruise ship it was supposed tone 20 our...the taxi asked for 50 our ..that was not honest..any how there were several police at port that heard everything ...I think the taxi driver is in trouble..you don't do that to tourists ....BIG NO NO !!

The room is quite big and comfy, the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in close proximity to the beach and the main street where one can find shops, gelaterias, restaurants, etc. The hotel lobby is spacious and neat.

The walls between the rooms don't have noise isolation. We could hear our neighbors and so could they; when someone was walking across the hallway, we could hear every word they said. The beds are not very comfy, but alright for a short stay.

Breakfast was perfect, staff was amazing, location was perfection. Would highly recommend a stay here and will be back.

Mattress was a little uncomfortable. If these were upgraded it would make a huge difference to the overall experience.

Service was just perfect, very helpful and kind staff. Hotel, city and beach was just beautiful. Perfect vacation.

The bed was a bit hard, but that might be personal preferences. I think the beautiful solarium at the rooftop might have more potential, maybe a rooftop bar or breakfast spot. But the was it is, it is a beautiful place to hangout and calm down.
