Bed comfortable but bathroom had a strange multi level thing going on, not great For night visits. This is a facility that caters to Italian people Not great for English speaking clients Dinner was not great, not close to the same quality we have experienced in other Italian restaurants Very limited food options in the bar Limit the dinner seatings to 7:30 and 9 pm Messed up our dinner order not preparing the main course to arrive at the same time

Amazing! The property is lovely and the mineral water and spa area was relaxing and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. I have already recommended this property to people I met in my travels in Italy.

Most people here are Italian couples or groups of couples. I was a solo traveler and I don’t speak Italian so there wasn’t any interaction with other travelers. This isn’t necessarily bad - but be aware of the situation so you can adjust expectations.

Breakfast was good. Limited choiceof fresh fruit but good quality. Nice muesli, yoghurt and bread and pastries were lovely. Pools were wonderful

The dining and lunch experience was not good and when we complaint at dinner the waiter just didn't care.

Visitors from other countries who are accustomed to thermal baths in the 104º range may be disappointed at the relatively cool thermal baths at Rapolano, claimed to be 102º. The waters are wonderfully medicinal, though....

Very beautiful setting, comfortable and elegant resting places, great facilities, fantastic panoramic view from the room, lovely garden.

It’s been just great to be there. I went through all the reviews on both TripAdvisor and booking and must say the negative stuff doesn’t match. The staff is attentive and helpful. Not everyone speaks English fluently but at the and you always find a solution. The spa, hotel and restaurant 10/10. We will visit again!

Menu in the restaurant might have been also in English. However Google translator helped us :)

The property is beautiful. Well decorated and comfortable room, giant park overseeing the beautiful Tuscan hills and numerous facilities (gym, spa, pools, tennis court). Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is also great (30min to Siena, 40min to Arezzo and there are many cute Borghi around such as Lucignano). We definitely recommend the hotel and would come back if we get the chance!
