Very nice and cozy room. You can spend nice evening in peaceful garden with barbecue. House is located nearby city center, you can reach a plenty of restaurants only 5 minutes by car. Hosts are really helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Spacious and clean. The energy of the place and of its people is great; they even have cats and a (she) rabbit. We had the chance to get an entire apartment, which was fully equipped with everything needed. The owner is very hospitable and willing to help(providing great tips) , flexible on his clients needs.

Nice ,quiet place to stop in middle of Toscana. Terme San govanni 5 min drive. Some good octeries in Rapolano. Owner Alessio is сaring about everything, like coffee, breakfast. Alessio showed us the perfect trip in Toscana , Sienna. The room big, nice furnished and clean with beautiful green view.

The location is beautiful, very easy to reach by car, the room was extremely nice and comfortable, there is a lot of space in general you can enjoy and the hosts are just amazing! We loved every moment of our stay, it's really worth staying more than just one night. You can also get very good breakfast and, on the whole, that lovely home feeling.

We're just sorry we stayed one night only. It's really great for staying a few days and being able to enjoy the surroundings as well.

I found that the relaxed nature of the owner Alessio and his family really made this stay comfortable. This is something that a B&B situation really needs., Rooms are clean. Area is well placed for access to local highways for trips out.,

Fantastic place. We arrived late and the communication with owner was really good. The bedroom was very big and the bathroom was very modern and big, with all the amenities. Breakfast was great and the owner would prepare it as per our request, really nice guy that engaged with the clients and we all had a nice chat. Very friendly people.

Location was perfect for us as we were going to a wedding nearby. Clean. comfortable.

Stairs with no lift. always tough with luggage. Also if you have no car, the location is impossible to get to.

it’s located close to highway, yet in a very quiet and beautiful area. It has 2 patios and even a play yard for kids. the owners were very accommodating. I will come back

What a wonderful host! The host was happy to practice his English with us, made sure we were comfortable, and provided an amazing breakfast. He had made homemade cakes (three to choose from!) - all delicious. Also a very cute friendly dog! The property is beautiful with a newly refurbished room that was very comfortable. There was a lovely shower and nice views. Water, Coke and beer available for purchase. Free parking inside the gates. Easy!
