My vote is high because the hotel staff were excellent. I had read the reviews so expected it to be more or less as it was, but I must repeat that the Hotel Manager and Melissa the receptionist did everything they could to make us happy. We asked the manager last minute if we could have a packed dinner one evening and he personally made us sandwiches and prepared everything for us. The position is great, as quiet as you could get being in the Lido di Classe as you're right at the end of the main road, though obviously at night you can hear the noise from the street, but with the windows closed it is definitely bearable. The air conditioning units seemed new and worked perfectly. The breakfast was fabulous; lunch and dinner OK (the pasta carbonara was great!). The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our room with 4 beds was big enough. There are free soft drinks for everyone all day long from a machine. The pool was clean and free granita for the guests next to it. There was a bouncy castle outside the hotel for kids as well as an indoor play area for kids.

The beds were rock hard. The meat during lunch and dinner was not so good. Our bathroom shower stand was not sealed properly and so every time anyone took a shower the bathroom was flooded. No parking though, they apparently do have parking spaces but they were full when we got there, I don't know if you can book a space ahead of time. The whole area is a pay parking zone; you have to go at least a 5 minute walk away or even further to find free parking.

Hotel is in front of the Beach ⛱ just beach beds and parasols are privately rentable for €20, however you can use your own towel lying on the beach front. Hotel's swimming pool a bit deep for small kids and there is no shallow area. Food is simple and very tasty, always pasta, antipasti, sea food, fries, sea food, chops, fruits and deserts. We had all inclusive. Soft drinks all day long at the lobby, kids soft play area, bouncy castle slide, animators with kids disco.

it is a family hotel. Many children but not disturbing at all. Almost at the end of the street but close to everything. Beach just a few meters away. staff very shy but very nice. Rooms are well cleaned and air conditioning functions very well. Breakfast no luxury but fantastic cakes are served every morning. you get more than you asked for when you visiting. I recommend this for that prize.

The hotel is also very clean. The location was very good because it's in front of the beach and there's a bus stop just a couple of blocks from it. The hotel staffs were always very helpful. We really like the breakfast buffet because it has everything, cereals, breads, sliced cold cuts, cakes, eggs, some baked breakfast dishes, different juices, milk and coffee. We also loved that they have their own pool for the guests.

The only thing that disappointed me was that I wasn't able to reserve beach beds and umbrella at the beach, they told me that it's not possible if I made the hotel reservation via Booking.

The location was the best thing about the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was rather poor and the general hotel infrastructure was outdated. Although clean the bathroom facilities in the room were inadequate for a family of four. No room around the sink, very shabby shower and crooked toilet. There was only one chair in the room and no possibilty to make proper use of the balcony.

The pool and the kids animation.

The rooms are dirty, the linnen was ripped and had holes. The room smellt very strong as if they had to cover up a dead bodies odour. Between 09.30 and 10.00am the cleaning staff will just enter the room and send you away. The beach was far away and the sunbeds/umbrellas were far from the water. Even though empty spaces were available in the front row we were not allowed to use them. Parking is very expencive and not shaded. Food: TERRIBLE!! for an all-inkl package its a disgrace. The breakfast is terrible, if sweet pastries are your thing then you will be fine. No fresh juice (cordial) and the coffee tasts like used dishwashing water. The meals for lunch and dinner is the same day in and out. No variety and they watch you like hawkes while you eat and take notes. No ice cream/snacks or alcoholic drinks just noname beer and the vinigar called wine. After 2 days I could not look at the food anymore. Overall the hotel and all-inkl extra package is too expencive for the poor service. Never again!
