It was outstanding stay for our family vacation. Hotel is situated in quiet place but it’s near beach, shops, restaurants and all what you need. Staff is the best, from cleaning woman over reception to owners, everyone was nice, smiling, attentive and helpful. They really took care about us and little things like crushed ice brough to the pool without ordering or free water in minibar makes the stay really lovely. Breakfast was really tasty and rich, our kids loves that too since they had pancakes every morning. We enjoyed a lot, thank you. We sure weren’t there for last time.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the action (maybe 3-5 minute walk), but is just sufficiently far to avoid the evening club music from interrupting sleep. The welcome desk staff at check in is super. I believe the lady’s name was Ines (sorry, if I confuse), was great - very friendly, accommodating and customer focused. The rooms are not the most stylish rooms that you will see, but they are very functional, large and easy, with good quality sheets, beds, towels, AC, etc., and everything that you need. We didn’t use the pool, but went up to see it - ok size, tanning on the terraces below. Looked good and a rooftop pool in this town is nice. Didn’t try the beach club/breakfast.

This is an amazing hotel with the best staff and service we have ever experienced. We felt like we were the long expected family members. This level of welcome was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and diverse, staff was always on service, lot of small things that make a guest feel really welcomed... Hotel is absolutely perfect for the families. I've been traveling a lot but I have never felt so welcomed in a hotel. Smile, warm word, good information... we really enjoyed here. Besides, the hotel is perfectly placed. It is 3 minutes walk from the Riccione train station, 1 minute from the very centre of the city and the beach. I strongly recommend it for the families and for those who prefer to use public transport. It is very simple to reach San Marino or Mirabilandia from here. Strongly recommend!!!

It’s the second year we are choosing Augustus and would recommend it any day. Breakfast is amazing, a lot to choose from and everything is very tasty. Rooms are clean and even have a balcony. Location is great, very close to train station and the beach. Close to the city centre as well. Inez, Dominic and other staff were all great, went above and beyond to help guests and accommodate them in the best way. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back again!

The hotel is very nice, its location is just great and so close to the sea that in 5 minutes you'll be able to reach it. The staff is extremely friendly and they are ready to help you with any issue you have. Breakfasts are designed to fit to any taste so you won't leave hungry and you can also ask for a cup of freshly made coffee and you'll be delivered with it in no time. On the rooftop there's a swimming pool, it's well maintained and has sunbeds around. So we were happy with our little baby visiting this hotel and would recommend it to you too.

Excellent location- close to beach and also walking distance to all shops in famous Ceccarini Road. Big rooms with fridge and balconies- very quiet location although really central. Breakfast absolutely amazing- full English and continental breakfast with a massive selection of cheeses, meat, vegetables, homemade cakes, omelettes etc., also chocolate fountain and healthy options. Barista coffee (and not the usual machine one) included. The best breakfast I have ever had in Italy. Nice parking inside, so very convenient. Staff very friendly. Will come back again.

Most attentive staff and very friendly at that. Best breakfast in Italy for me so far. Rooftop Pool with a view. A lot of affordable parking options. A gym that can be used day and night. A bar that was operated day and night. Service to the room or the rooftop was offered. Best out of the three 4 Star Hotels in Riccione that I visited.

The gym equipment was partly not functional due to run down batteries or a general malfunction. But the promised to get a technician immediately. My room safe battery was also dead, so the safe was not functional. I didn’t mind. They probably would have fixed it immediately had I sad something.

Very nice hotel with excellent location, 4 minutes to the beach (in the hotel you can also take a free towel) I would like to note the wonderful hostess and staff who were ready to help us with everything we needed. Well and of course delicious breakfast for every taste. Definitely recommend!

the location is perfect and near to Centre also the stuffs are very nice and professional in hospitality they were very welcoming and friendly especially Ines this woman is the most friendly person you will meet ever with nicer smile which as traveler needs to see once you arrived to the hotel to do the check in.

Everything was perfect the stuff, bar and breakfast. just one thing they need to improve a little bit their cleanliness. overall all I really recommended to choose Augustus hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We don't speak Italian but that was not a problem. Room was very clean and had all the facilities needed Shower was powerful and a good size. Breakfast was exceptional with a good range of meat, cheese eggs, pastries coffee etc.
