-Great location, near the beach(3 minutes), free parking at the property, pretty quiet zone, the location was perfect for relaxing, but for visiting the city center of rimini you need to take the bus for 25 minutes -The staff was great! Very welcoming and nice -The rooms were very clean, a lot of towels, high ceilings, AC nice and cold, mini fridge in the room, the only thing that could be better would be the springs from the bed -The food was nice is you choose correctly from the list, we've had 3 meals per day, the breakfast was nice and simple,(salty and sweet choices) nothing fancy, but if someting is finished they don't restock, even things like the tomatoes. For the lunch and dinner you get a list from where to choose from, 9/10 times the menu has 3 pasta choices, and 3/4 other courses maybe meat or fish, maybe rice potatoes or weird things like melon wrapped with ham, the menu is in italian and you need to google every single menu for pictures just to be sure that you have something ok to eat

The hotel was great value for the price, nothing bad. The only thing that would nice to know, are the extra weird restaurant taxes(30Eur), besides the city tax(30eur) that we knew before going

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning and a refrigerator. Breakfast with fresh baked goods and many sweet delicacies. The dinner is multi-course, with a surprise dessert. The staff is nice, Antonietta and Marco always listen to the wishes of the guests. We stayed here for a week and all we can say this hotel is like a coming home it give you that vibe of being at home ,we are genuinely fascinated. The owners are so polite, agreeable, kind and they know how to take a care of their guests. They're willing to get real with you and ask thoughtful questions make you feel as if you're the most important person there. The beach is right in front , cushion soft sand and beautiful mesmerising a sea. The room was nice clean with enchanting sea view/ san marino balcony. All shops are just near by, everything is just right in front of your eyes. About food we had included full meals with three courses. I strongly recommend this You get breakfast buffet much to choose from lunch and dinner are always something special made by their clever chef , it’s like professional recipes on menu by all meaning healthy and nutritious and at end of you dinner you get served light dessert. We are gladly returning here next year because the hotel itself is peaceful clean people who works there are kind and polite , Marco and Antonietta are amazing couple who are always there to help you if anything they have always smile on their faces, they are generously gifting their love to their guests and just professional in every and each way. Their son works also there usually at breakfast/lunch time and he is super sweet gentle guy who serve you with a smile and warmth. Just consider this hotel as a family hotel as everyone are just as charming in their own way.

We loved the stay here the staff and owners where lovely and very helpful. One day we came down a bit late for breakfast and they couldn’t be more happy to help making us some fresh eggs. Great view from the balcony if you book a sea view room. Good air conditioning and decent room facilities. If you want a base you can have time to relax but also enjoy Rimini this is the perfect place to stay.

A charming, family-run hotel. I had a rare hospitality experience. Marco and his wife took care of me above and beyond, and personally, I couldn't ask for better value for the price. A wonderful hotel and I will definitely return to it in the future. Simply outstanding

Antoanete and Marco were very kind and nice hosts. We spent time talking and invited them to visit Sofia. The rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfast was very good. If we visit Rimini again this hotel will on top of our list. :)

To a small shower, weak water pressure. Room only 14 m2. They added 24 eur restaurant tax without warning.

Everyone was so kind and friendly. I really enjoyed talking to the people at the hotel and how they offered me eggs for breakfast "American style". The juice was always fresh and delicious with homemade pastries. I would definitely recommend to friends and family! What a cute place!

The bed was a bit hard on my back and neck. But that was the only problem I had! I have back problems so if I went back I would ask for extra pillows.

Good location, not many people on the beach. You can get there by bus, with a transfer. There are many places to eat nearby. Friendly staff, clean rooms, daily housekeeping. To the beach 3 minutes. I recommend it.
