great location. close to basically all you’d need for a great beach holiday. Friendly and helpful staff. comfortable beds. clean hotel. great breakfast.

When the balcony doors were closed it was basically silent, however since it is in the center of Rimini and right outside a public park and sports center, with the balcony doors open it can be loud at night.

The location is top - near the beach, restaurants, shops, and events. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is pet friendly and my corgi loved it. They gave out discount vouchers for the beach (unlike previous years the beach wasn't included in the price but with the discount, it was almost the same). The staff was really friendly. Even though my dog was afraid and barking at the cleaning lady, she took the time to comfort him and show that she is not a treat, and that made the stay for my dog (and my wife and me) much more pleasant.

The rooms are a bit outdated and in need of renovation. Parking is limited so you have to make sure to book in advance also some of the places are tight if you are with a big car.

This hotel is located near a bus stop (also to station), park and beach promenades. It is a wonderful place to go for walks in a lively environment, many restaurants and supermarket. The breakfast buffet is extremely delicious having a wide variety of choices incl. vegetables, fruits, cakes, delicacies and much more, so most food needs can be satisfied. The staff is exceedingly helpful and can give good advice if needed as well as being extremely friendly prepared to service their guests. I also enjoyed the nice seating areas inside and outside.

The room itself looks a bit minimalistic and old, but with a balcony facing the beach, bathroom, refrigerator,tv, wi-fi, it does satisfy most needs even though small measured in meters! I din't use the beach, it was too hot and paying for a whole day in the heat was not to my liking. Also too crowded like a factory of reclining chairs and parasols, but the walking areas were very attractive.

Great location of the hotel in the very nice part of Rimini between the alley with shops and restaurants and beach with the view to sea. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. The staff at reception was extremely polite and helpful. There was no problem to leave the luggage by early arrival. The breakfast was much better than I expected with good choice of products. Room was clean.

The Wi-Fi did not work perfectly in my room, the signal was weak. The hotel is a rather old and definitely saw its best days many years ago so the furniture and all the equipment in the room is rather outdated but for two nights worked fine for me. There is totally no sound isulation so you can hear all the neighbours.

The room was quite large, the beds were perfect for my preference. The cleaning services were exceptional - 11 out of 10. The breakfast was also very good. The staff always smiling and very helpful. The only minus is the furtniture and overall aesthetic aspect of the rooms, and hotel in general, that feel a bit outdated. This is why I rated it 9 instead of 10.

There is nothing to dislike, honeslty, except maybe the furniture and visual touch of the hotel that feels a bit outdated. However, everything else felt exceptional.

Perfect location: right on the beach, in a sort of cool meeting point for young people,  in a central area of restaurants and market, very close to the city center (about 1.4km to the Augustus Arch) and right at the beginning of a long park. All area and all the city very bike-friendly. All dogs are very welcome in almost all hotels, restaurants and the markets even have special shopping carts for them :). The hotel staff was very helpful, available 24/24h and, probably being April, we got bigger rooms than the booked ones. We could leave our luggage at a luggage room until check-in,  that was possible sooner than 16:00. The towels were change every day and the sheets every other day.

The hotel is pretty old and a lot of details were showing it: old furniture, some cracking of the bathroom ceiling, the hairdryer was new but the plug was not adapted, etc. A slight smell of old building. The room was certainly not occupied before us because dust was pretty thick under the bed and in corners at our arrival. The balcony was small, no table on it.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and beach was 2 mins away!

I wish sun beds were included with our stay, they cost up to 30€ per day… hotel gives discount that got it down to 28€ depending on where you want to sit.

Probably best location on the beach strip. Next to the bike path that leads to historic old town and train station and also next to the beach promenade and a small strip of the "open beach" i.e. where you are not forced to buy the chair. Also very lovely breakfast selection.

Like most if not almost all of the hotels in the resort it feels like it's built in the 70s/80s, so it's neither modern nor cosy.

The front desk were very friendly and welcoming. It was a good location right near the beach. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, a lovely big relaxing foyer, and I could hear a women's choir practising in one of the conference rooms, which made the place seem magical.

I didn't have any internet connection at all, and the staff weren't able to help. You have to register your details through their website to access the internet, and no matter how many times we tried the password etc. for two whole days, the wi-fi did not work. The room was smaller than expected, and the walls quite thin. For one night I could hear a lot of noise from the room next door, but it didn't bother me because they were excited children on holiday. i.e. it wasn't nasty noise. The breakfast was OK but the 3 euro surcharge for orange juice was a bit strange.

The hotel has very good location. All off the main events happen in front of the hotel. Very close to the beach. The room was very clean and big (we had family room). They have very good and rich breakfast. The staff is very helpful and they have a very good English. We had a very good stay at the hotel.

The rooms are old style. It not mean they have broken furniture but for a 4* hotel is old-style I think this is why they have low prices . They have on site see view available, but it is actually only side see view. The bikes is for extra charge (lot of hotels from Rimini have them for free).
