For three people, it's a fairly small room. But it is clean, with perfectly white bed linen and towels. The air conditioning works perfectly. The hotel is located very close to the sea. There is its own paid car park (this is very important as it is almost impossible to park in Rimini). Near the hotel there is a huge number of restaurants, cafes and shops. Breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't stay hungry: there are always delicious pastries, yoghurts, eggs and cuts of meat. The coffee from the machine is tasty enough.

It would be nice to put a mini fridge in the room for drinks.

- closeness to the airport (walkable distance - 2km ;)) - right beside promenade and seacoast, - quick response to any message (thanks to fantastic owner Fabrizzio and his nice staff), - very, very tidy room with comfortable mattress and renovated bathroom, - huuuuge balkony with seaview, - variated breakfast, - quite an intimate, quiet place to stay.

- old, but very well-kept furniture, - room relatively small, but sufficient for two people (was meant for 4, it could be cramped then).

We stayed three nights in Rimini and really enjoyed this hotel. The price per night is very affordable and it offers a good value. Location is excellent and very close to the beach and surrounded by many nice restaurants, also very well located to arrive with the local transport (Metromare). The hotel staff was also very nice and gave us a room on the third floor with a balcony and a nice view to the sea. Breakfast which is included in the price was very good.

The Wi-Fi was not the best.

The hotel is highly recommended! The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are comfortable and clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every day and you get clean towels every day. The staff is friendly, pleasant and always available. Parking is excellent and safe. If you choose this hotel, be sure that you are not mistaken.

The hotel has a good location, close to the beach, shop, bus stop. The staff is polite and always ready to help. I recommend.

Even if we did not have a common language with most of the staff members, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The location is really good, 3 mins from the beach and 5-10mins from all of the public transportations. The room is a little bit small for more than 2 people but the bed itself is very comfortable.

Very clean property, good location. Close to the beach, bus or metromare stops, if you plan to go to Rimini. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfasts!👌🏻

My parents liked the hotel. Great hotel in Rimini. The room for the first night was very unsatusfactory, but upon their request they got a much better room (as expected originally) for the rest of the stay
