The location was great, the staff also was kind!

Soundproofing is missing entirely so you can hear your neighbors doing all their business in the toilet; no need for wake up calls when you have the morning flush at 5 AM; this soundproofing is the main issue here; Also rooms can be repaired, the ceiling is falling apart in the one we were given. Breakfast could be better, you can always find old products, leftover from the previous days. Sea view is not actually a sea view, more like partial side view, with a tiny 1 sq meter balcony

First time getting in the bed I felt something like sand at my toes at the bottom of the sheets. Checked it out and it wasn’t sand, but something small and sandy like. I left it figuring the sheets would be changed so I didn’t have to make a big deal about it. Our room was cleaned 1 time in the entirety of our stay. When it was clean the sheets were not changed, the bed was just made. And our full garbages were left full. Other than this the hotel was amazing.

Great hotel on amazing location. Everything is near by. On the private beach, public beach is also just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Main street with restaurants and markets is just few steps away. 15 minutes walk to the Rimini center. 😊 Breakfast was amazing, great offer. The rooms are clean and comfy, with a sea view. Our room was cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and polite.

Excellent location on the beach front, nice staff, although smaller than expected, the room was comfortable, there was however an offer from staff of a larger room, once settled we found the hotel was within very easy reach of shops and restaurants all in all a very pleasant 1 night winter stopover en route to destination

the location was beachside. It had a spacious parking lot! And unlike staying "in town" in other Italian towns, this had lots of room to pull up, checkin, and park the car...all within steps of the front door of the hotel. It was somewhat off season, so there weren't any restauraunts in the area open except for Thomas' which was associated with the hotel across the street. It was very very good!

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a fantastic view on the beach. The breakfast at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly, and they were always attentive and friendly.

The good price for the staying. Nice abundant breakfast. All the bedrooms have view on seaside. The pool table available for guests. Bikes also. Air conditioner efficient and performing. Nice and kind personell.

The swimming pool was warm only one day on 6. Very disappointing for me and my family also. The heated swimming pool was one of the main reasons that in the past convinced me to come here. The SPA needs maintenance and some electric buttons need important maintenance...the taps in there need maintenance also.

The staff are friendly, the room cleaning service is great and the reception is also great. We had a great time.
