the reception often does not keep track of the keys at the front desk and anyone can probably take them. on the beach you need to buy sunbeds in addition. It is very strange to come to Italy from Spain or Croatia. Italy has a very greedy government that allowed private companies to occupy the beaches. probably for this reason I will no longer choose Italy for a seaside holiday - I don't like pushy service.

The hotel is located in Rimini, on the Adriatic coast of Italy. It is 150 meters away from the beach. The room was reasonable in terms of facilities, for the price we paid, and the breakfast more than decent. Very nice and helpful reception staff. There is a private parking lot, not very big, behind the hotel. A good location, both for transit and for a stay at sea. We were in the off-season, that's true, when there didn't seem to be many tourists in the resort. We suspect that in a month or two all the hotels in the resort will be full of tourists. We would gladly return there to spend a few days on the Adriatic Sea.

The balcony could have been cleaned better - it was a glass full of cigarette butts left by other tourists before us.

First of all the attitude toward clients from the staff. You feel welcomed and valued. The staff is very friendly and helpful in any situation. They really try hard to make your stay comfortable and joyful. The hotel is very close to the sea - it’s on the second row of buildings from the beach. The food is really nice - not very big choice, but tasty. It’s more traditional italian. Breakfast is mostly bakery, also omlet, salad, canned fruits, some cheese and meat, yoghurt etc. The coffee is really delicious. Dinner and lunch is pretty the same: pizza, salad, cheese, vegetables as starters and main course - different types of pasta, meat, fish. You always find sea food which is really nice. On the dinner you always get an italian desert and smoothie is always available. You can eat how mich you want. We are really grateful for wonderful and carefree vacation.

Wifi was a disaster (i am from Lithuania, so i am used to fast and good internet). There were some signs of wear out in the room and especially in the bathroom, but it didn't matter at all, as every day the room and bathroom were shining after cleaning.

Fantastic location. Very good value for money. Super cleaning. We had seaview from balcony in 4th floor and that was very nice. Secure parking for car.

Only one slow elevator. Breakfast was good if you go there 7.30 when it starts. Later there is nothing left.

Great value property just feet away from a private beach. Good breakfast, friendly staff, lively neighbourhood. Would definitely return.

They dont have sighn 'dont disturb' that you can put on the door, so cleaning lady was nocking at the door every 30 minutes and entering into a room even after I told her that I dont need cleaning (because she doesnt understand any english)......

The manager was great, super friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't really like on the photos + we asked not to clean our room daily, but the cleaning ladies kept on entering the room in the morning while we were still in bed.
