I can not say anything bad from this hotel. Location is great. Easy to find with GPS. Parking place until you check in/out than you have the possibility to park in a closed parking place. 300 m away, but it is completely ok for me, until my car is in a safe place. Staff is super nice and friendly. 10/10 Room is exactly as it is on booking photos, no cheating there. Enough space, clean, comfy bed, perfect air conditioning. Fridge, big tv, enough socket to charge your devices, properly working wifi. Bathroom is spacey, well-sized shower. 10/10 Breakfast perfect for children and adults. 10/10

A great location for a comfortable seaside holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of quality food for breakfast. Well organised car parking service, 5 minutes walking distance. Cool idea with relaxation and sunbathing area on the roof of the hotel. Nice clean beach right across the road. And in general the town is cosy, with good restaurants, in particular we would like to mention Ristorante da Todro Due Santi with delicious local cuisine.

We had a wonderful time. A great hotel with a great location. The sea is nearby. We enjoyed the sea view from our room. Delicious varied breakfasts, perfect room cleaning. The hotel is run by a wonderful family. They are attentive, kind, caring and joyful people who have made our stay comfortable. Thank you, we are happy that we chose this particular hotel.

Great and friendly staff, a family who runs the hotel and do everything to make the guests comfortable. We booked the Deluxe Seaview room and it had a very big balcony with good view of the sea and the little marina in front of the hotel. As there is another hotel in front, part of the view was on the other hotel. Just 1 minute walk to the beach and the hotel has an arrangement with beach club number 39 in front, so thar guests get a discount on sunbeds and umbrella. Reasonable quiet location on the beach road, which is a low traffic zone. In the evening many people walking and cycling about, but not that noisy because there is no party venue immediately nearby and the tourist shopping area starts just about 100m from the hotel. Only 10 minutes to the center of Rimini by car. No parking available at the hotel itself, but you can book a spot at a secure parking area nearby, about 5 minutes walk and access by key card and reserved numbered parking spot. The room itself was comfortable, not that big but a good bed and bathroom, wardrobe with sufficient hangers and drawers and shelf, safety box and a small fridge. The two balcony doors have electric shutters, so the room can be really dark and quiet and the sun in the morning can be blocked. By about 11.00 hrs, the sun is on the still de of the hotel, so not directly shining into the room or on the balcony anymore. Good selection at the breakfast buffet, many sweets and pastries, scrambled eggs with bacon (also option to order eggs cooked to order), yoghurt, cereal and fruits, salad and some cold cuts and cheese. Excellent coffee! Although it is a buffet, breakfast is served out by the staff due to corona measures. Hotel also has a lounge inside & terrace outside to enjoy drinks or breakfast and a great rooftop terrace where you can order drinks to be brought up from the bar. I would say, the most important points to select this hotel are the very friendly staff and the convenient and excellent location!

Nothing really, the only minor point is that the rooms are not that big and quite basic in decor and facilities. But overall it is comfortable place to stay and the staff is going out of their way to provide excellent service to their guests.

We booked last minute and only stayed there for one night but were really pleased with everything we found there. Everyone was extremely helpful with check-in and sorting out car parking, although this can be limited if parking right alongside the hotel itself, but definitely not a negative comment intended. Very clean throughout with stunning views from wonderful roof top terrace. Breakfast fantastic value and staff all friendly and courteous. Location good for easy walking to nice eateries.Would definately recommend

Absolutely an amazing place, hotel, room, terrace gallery, breakfast, super helpful staff, nice beach and clean sea, great calm area but with lots of restaurants, shops....we are definitely coming back:).

The hotel is wonderful. Me and my wife spent only 2 days there but it is enough to say without doubt that it is worth recommending. Very clean, great breakfast, fantastic staff- always smiling and extremely helpful- we will get back there for sure😍😍😍
