The hotel is perfectly situated right next to what's the most important: beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a short walk from main bus/train station or city center. The Staff is very friendly, we could leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in and we were given our room 1 hour before official check-in. The breakfast has everything you can think of: bread rolls, cheese, ham, croissants, many different cakes, fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, milk. They also offer tea, various coffees and omlette. The room was clean, towels were changed everyday, in the bathroom there were toothbrushes, soaps, shower gels and slippers. AC was working fine. Small fridge was also useful. On the balkony there was a table and chairs. Honestly, for a short stay we couldn't ask for anything else.

Due to the fact that the hotel is situated on a busy street it gets loud at night so I'd recommend taking earplugs with you. The bed was too soft for me but it depends on individual preferences.

Stylish Italian city hotel, in my opinion one of the most beautiful I could visit. I expected exactly this kind of hotel to stay for couple of days in Rimini. Amazing family, which I suppose owns and runs the hotel, it was pleasure to have small talk with all of them every day. We enjoyed our stay, we really did. This hotel and the owners represented the best old times and we appreciated it. Grazie mille.

Breakfast was rich, incl. amazing peaches, apricots and nectarines, but focused mainly on sweet kind of breakfast, which is actually typical for Italy and we respect it. Anyway more choices of pastry, ham, salami, sausages, cheese (or at least different kindes each morning) would be nice. It is not complaint, please, I do not want to break your hearts, only to help to improve something if possible.

Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. The room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Fab coffee, lots of choices for breakfast - fruit, cake, pastries, yogurt, meats, cheese and eggs. The desk staff. Recommended a nice restaurant close by for our first night as we arrived a bit late. We had a car and at this time of year didn't have difficulty with parking at or close to the hotel. Within walking distance of the beach and a lot of great places to eat.

Charming little hotel with the kindest owners and staff you could imagine. We (2+2) landed a family room with 2 bathrooms for a very acceptable price (May, 1st). Villa Luigia offers free parking which seems a commodity for the area. There's a 15 minute walk to the old town centre of Rimini and only a few steps to the beach. They offer a delicious breakfast and are willing to prepare additional dishes if required - within reason. A great 3 night getaway.

The city is probably much nicer in May than in peak summer season.

This mid sized hotel is own by a family, and it is very clear and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is prepared by the lady owner and her husband (there are a lot of sweet pies, but scrabbled eggs can be also made on demand). The available parking spot is a plus. You feel like it is your own family, as they all trying to make you feel like being at home.

I really do not remember something annoying. The hotel is not new, but everything works as you are expecting.

The rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel was ideally located, close to the Beach, shops and restaurants. Bus stop also next to the hotel. Delicious breakfast, enough of a wide choice. The biggest plus were the owners and the staff: Charming and fully professional. We really recommend staying at this hotel.

We loved absolutely everything! The owners are really kind and hospitable! And the rest of the staff are the same. Breakfast is super tasty and there are varieties of homemade cakes and tarts. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Beach is 3 minutes from the hotel( Bagno 41 Lucio is less crowded and really clean). Hotel has 5 parking spots, we were lucky to have one. We will definitely come back again!

The overall familial atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, everyone smiling and very helping, the location is convenient both for going to the beach and still walkable to the historic centre and/or train station. Room was clean every day.

The staff does not really speak English so may be inconvenient when there is need to talk about something.

Really great family run hotel. Stayed in both the hotel rooms and the apartment. Both were really comfortable and clean. Owners and staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of fresh cakes available each day. Great location to beach areas and bars/ restaurants. Rimini town centre was about 20 mins walk or a bit longer if via beach front promenade.

Everything! The owners were so kind and friendly. We felt welcomed. Rooms were comfortable and very well maintained and clean. For breakfast we had so much variety and everything was delicious. Since we had a disabled person with us, they arrange a parking spot just in front of the Villa. We stayed for just four days and definitely thinking to visit again.

Wi-Fi could be better in the rooms.
