Spacious and attractive rooms with sea view. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide selection at breakfast (though no outdoor eating options, which would be nice in COVID times). Loaner bikes available and on-site parking (for 20 euro a day).

Wifi did not extend into the bedroom, and in any case required a popup login every time you connect. The biggest problem was the neighbors - la Salsicciona on the north side blasts mediocre dance music at hearing-damage levels that penetrate the walls until 12:30 or 1 in the morning. As a result, it may not be a great choice for families or business travelers who are not in Rimini to party until the wee hours.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room. Our reservation promised a pool view, which would have faced the busy strip, but instead we received a sea view with a balcony that allowed us to enjoy the activity along the promenade and see the sunrise over the sea. Comfortable bed. Free bicycle rental.

Staff was helpful but not overly so. We sometimes felt we were annoying them when we had a question. Restaurant is lovely and staff is wonderful, but both breakfast and dinner foods are either cold or lukewarm, never hot.

Extremely kind and helpful staff at reception and restaurant! Room is excellent and well equipped. If traveling with a baby you will appreciate the really good isolation (no outside noise) and black out curtains. Very good quality baby cot was also provided. Housekeeping is also excellent, room was tidy and clean. Breakfast is delicious. Value for money for this hotel is 10/10.

The room was very clean and comfy. It was spacious and the bath utensils were at high quality. The breakfast was not very diverse but tasty. The hotel offers beach access at cost. But, the beach was well organized with parasols and sunbeds, clean and decent.

The private parking was pricey with the rate 20€ a day

It’s situated very close to popular bars. Therefore very noisy until midnight. Staff is doing its job, but does not go the extra mile. It’s good that a possibility to charge an EV is provided, but prices for AC charges are almost the same as for public DC HPC chargers. Way too expensive for AC destination charging.

The hotel is right on the seashore. Very clean and comfortable. The food was simply delicious. The staff is extra kind, helpful and on top of all issues you may have. They are ready to chat via Viber or call you back. They provide bikes and you can charge your electric car.

I liked it, nothing to complain about.

car park small, was full, and had reserved an electric charging space but when I arrived both spaces were taken...so could not charge the car; thank god it was a hybrid. they did find immediately a non-charging space at least.

The room and seaview were lovely. Travelling with our adult son, the bedroom-style room with a door offered us all more privacy and separation between our room as his sleeping area on the pull-out sofa. The bathroom had excellent amenities and a wonderful shower. The entire room was modern and tastefully decorated. The bar area inside and out was a lovely space to read or visit with family. The staff were unfailingly kind, professional, polite, and helpful.

The breakfast included was not exactly "as advertised" and the coffee machine for lattes and espressos was malfunctioning. The location of the pool at the front of the hotel dissuaded us from using it as it felt too conspicuous since there were several conference attendees milling about during smoke breaks. Smokers really take over that front outdoor space at all times. I had expected a rooftop lounge/hot tub area with views of the entire seafront (which would've been great), but we couldn't locate it. That would be a great outdoor option for non-smokers.

Professional staff, excellent housekeepers, kudos to Antonio at the reception.

They initially put us in a room next to a super loud club. I went to the reception the next morning and requested a change. It's kinda of bad when you consider I have had this booking since January, making it obvious there is a baby with us.
