Design hotel reminiscent of a Philippe Starck. I believe it’s only 2 years old but has been very well maintained. Large room with balcony and plenty of space for suitcase and ample hanging and shelves. The bathroom was really nice. Again very spacious. I asked for a quiet room and they fulfilled my request. There was a small balcony too. Bed and linens very clean. I have to mention Alice on reception, who when I asked her for suggestions if things to do gave me a very comprehensive list. Very helpful.

Can’t find fault. The location is not the best but the Metro Mare is less that 100 meters away,so easy to get to Riccione and the centre of Rimini

Staff: Exceptionally nice and supportive. Went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Location: Fantastic! Proximity to the beach made for a perfect vacation setting. Rooms: Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Breakfast: Delicious and varied options to start the day right.

General Satisfaction: Truly, there was nothing we didn't like about our stay. Breakfast: While the breakfast was delicious, a little more variety from day to day could make the dining experience even better.

Hotel located very far away from the city center so need to rent some bicycles (and need to pay extra...). The room had a sea view but was also just on top of a round about so it was very noisy and a lot of traffic from 8.00am. A pity when one's is on holiday...

Loves the design of the hotel, the staff súper nice and helpful, the hotel is very new and modern. The views from the spa is super nice.

Spa need to be paid, this is not mentioned on booking. There were mosquitoes in the room and they had nothing to help with, no blankets and I had to ask for one.

Great location, warm welcome, very friendly, helpful and caring staff, rooms are very clean with modern furniture, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, pleanty of choices. Definitely recommend this place!

Modern hotel relatively close to Rimini center (45 min walking or 10 min via Metromare bus). The staff was nice and helpful. Our junior suite room was huge with comfy beds and a lot of light. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and solid. The breakfast is diverse and includes also vegetable options. Parking is 15 EUR per day and 150 meters away from the hotel. Overall it is good hotel to spend few days near the sea.

There was a lot of noise from the street outside. Take earplugs if you prefer to sleep with window open. Also external decorative lights on the hotel are extremely bright and you need to shut the curtains tight, otherwise it will be too much light in the night.

Hotel is built on the edge of technology and looks very clean and stylish, love it. Staff was extremely welcome. All speak perfect English. Room with sea view and enormous(12 square meters) terrace is terrific!!! The room itself was a bit tight but cosy.

Breakfast could be better. It does not really go along with Italy food standards right now. The illumination on the hotel's facade was too bright and was interfering with sleeping at night, if you forgot to close cartoons.

Modern hotel near the beach. We loved our stay at One Hotel. The location is good, very near to the long sandy beach of Rimini. Our room was small, but we had a sea view, so that was a big plus. The staff was very polite. Our room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed daily as well. The breakfast was exceptional, big variety to choose from: quality charcuterie and cheeses, vegetables and lots of desserts. And, of course, the Italian espresso. You can reach the hotel easily by bus, from the train station.

Very sleek and clean! Great views! The staff assisted with our very heavy bags and were friendly. The breakfast bar had a beautiful selection.

Very friendly staff on arrival, good location and great help with parking for 20 Euros per night. Great advice on local restaurants. Breakfast was great and check out hassle-free. Thank you :-)
