We didn’t expect such a golden nugget ! It was a fantastic stay. We had 2 rooms one for our kids and one for us on the last floor. If you can, book this room !!!! What a stunning design and equipment level ! Everything was perfect, from the quality of the hotel, equipment, food, and of course the owners and employees. Such a great family business that they run perfectly, they pay attention to all details. I am used to travel everywhere and stay at 5 stars or palace, and I had a greater feeling in this place than in any other palace I have been (seriously!) The location is perfect, in front of the sea, close to all good restaurants… It was a great experience and we will come back for sure. Thanks again to the owners.

All was perfect

The hotel is located just across a nice beach and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. The 3-storey building is very recent and has a familiar atmosphere, with an attentive and professional staff, always kind and helpful. They serve an excellent breakfast and have drinks all day-long. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. We appreciated the mini-bar and the tee-making facilities. We had a room with a view, we highly recommend to go for it.

There's nothing wrong we can say. Rimini is not the nicest place in Italy, but this place in Viserba was great to spend a couple of days by the sea.

Emanuele, Kati and Gianmarco are the most amazing people. They run the hotel impeccably and make one feel at home. Anything you need, they provide. I return each year because they make our stay divine. The rooms are stunning and pristine. The hotel is so close to the beach, amazing restaurants and shops. It’s truly a hidden gem.

The rooms were modern and clean, the hotel is very quiet and the welcome and service if the owners is exceptional. Very friendly, warm and helpful. We booked the Junior Suite with ocean view. The room was very nice. The breakfast was very good.

The ocean view is not unobstructed and the room was a bit small.

I loved the owners. It was a family owned hotel. The mother, father and son were extremely helpful in arranging taxis for me, making amazing suggestions on the best places to see and eat. Thoroughly enjoyed my balcony with a view of the beach.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Hotel was beautifully renovated. With spa like bathroom and VERY comfortable bed. Location was a half block off the ocean with lovely ocean views. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options. Staff/owners went above and beyond. We went off season and had a RAIN day where we stayed in and played cards in the common restaurant area. Staff brought us drinks and snacks to make us comfortable- free of charge. This place has pride of ownership.

Parking was not on site, just a half block away.

We stayed in their junior suite and had a great stay. The room was perfect with two smaller balconies and a large bathroom. The host couple did their part to ensure that we had the perfect holiday with instructions on good restaurants and excursions

Such a wonderful place close to the beach. Breakfast was outstanding and the owner and his son made us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was airy m, clean and comfortable. You can walk to many stores from there and the beach is just a minute walk away.

Great beach location. The couple who owned the hotel were wonderful. They were so kind and thoughtful and made us feel really comfortable. The accommodation was really clean and we were served a lovely breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel run by a fantastic family. The level of attention given by the staff is what all hotels should do. Highly recommended

The only thing I didn't like the noise from the streets. The noise isolation is not very good, but it wasn't a big peoblem
