This place is amazing!!! It took a little bit of driving around to find it (it was raining) but once we drove through the gate you feel like in heaven. Complete oasis.  Everything was top notch: the rooms, grounds, restaurant but especially the staff. We are definitely coming back! Don’t pass by this place. You have to experience it!!! My husband and I drove through entire Sicily for 12 days, staying in a different hotel every night. This one was the best. 

The staff were amazing. From Bruno at the front desk to the restaurant staff and the cleaning ladies, everyone went above and beyond. They were professional and smiling - and not in a fake way, but true to their warm, Mediterranean culture. In addition, the exterior design - most notably the pool and the orange and lemon trees - are the main asset. The restaurant was good, but not great. In particular the dinner menu could use a few more traditional no-frills local dishes. The haute cuisine approach did not fully deliver.

The bathroom did not keep up with the rest of the facilities (small shower, bad choice of tiles which are hard to maintain).

The Hotel was just lovely. Such nice surrounding, with lots of greenery and all the property was very clean. The pool area was our favorite with the view to Etna and with all the lemon trees around it. We also had a room with the view to the pool and Etna, which was really nice. The stay felt really private since we were always alone by the pool although there were other people at the hotel also. Breakfast was really good and there was an option to order warm meals also. Absolutely loved our stay and would have wanted to stay even longer.

Only thing to note is that there isn't much around the hotel so just bear that in mind, but in case you don't mind travelling with a car then that is not a problem.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, using it as our home base for day trips to Mount Etna and a nearby winery, as well as for leisurely days lounging by the pool. The breathtaking view of Mount Etna, surrounded by lush greenery and citrus trees, created a truly serene atmosphere. Our room was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't live up to our expectations. While it served fine breakfasts and snacks, salads during the day, the dinner was a letdown. Despite the small crowd, we had to wait a long time for our food. While the risotto and pasta were delicious, our seabass arrived raw.

The staff is welcoming and super helpful - especially the reception desk was amazing in offering tips and advices for restaurants, sights and trips - even for our onward journey in the Southern part of Sicily! The hotel grounds are very well maintained and designed - offering both calm but also an undisturbed and amazing view to Etna, which you can enjoy both while enjoying the breakfast, swimming, or relaxing by the pool. There is free parking at the hotel within a gated area, which is super convenient - it is a good base for trips in the area.

Nothing to criticize, really!

This hotel was exceptional. The location with Etna in the backdrop is so beautiful. We came on our honeymoon and the staff there made our stay very special [complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch]. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. We loved every aspect of the breakfast on offer [lots of local produce] and the pool and facilities were great. Its in a great location to explore this part of Sicily and go to La Spiga [2 mins down the road] for excellent Pizza!

There isn't much that we could fault at this location. Only a few minor things could improve the overall score at the venue. I think better outdoor furniture for casual drinks/food would be better. The pool had some debris in it so could be cleaned up but other than that we loved this place!

The pool was our highlight since we traveled with a toddler. Very comfortable, since it has a big shallow area besides the beds. We could relax on our beds while out small bandit was playing in the water just a feet away. The stuff was great, they helped us solve all our problems in a very aficionado manner.

The restaurant turned out to be a disappointment. We tried a couple of starters and few primi, and nothing was really tasty. The Ingrid owners were there, but the cooking could be better (maybe even simpler). However the stuff was very nice and welcoming.

Modern & stylish place with an amazing view on Etna surrounded by a beautiful garden full of orange and lime trees. The hotel stuff is really kind and helpful. Very tasty breakfast. Perfect place of you’re looking for a nice boutique hotel in a reasonable distance from Taormina, Etna and Catania.

Actually almost nothing. Area around could be better, but as you are surrounded by a beautiful garden and trees, you don’t actually see what’s outside.

Beautiful property with an amazing restaurant onsite. The food was sublime! We experienced a very tranquil atmosphere during first two nights- it was a wonderful experience to swim in the pool and admire the view of Etna volcano!

On the third day, there was a bigger private party organised onsite. The party was for an external group (adults&children), - there was only a very limited access to the restaurant for the hotel guests. In addition to it, the external guests were also allowed to come to the pool area which, I thought, was only for the hotel guests. I found it very disappointing as I was hoping to read and relax at the pool this evening. It was not possible due to that loud party.

The room was really nice with beautiful sea views and the breakfast was also very good. The swimming pool was relaxing and had plenty of space.

The bar service at the pool had very small selection and the offers on the menu were not very good. Unfortunately during our stay the hot water did not work at first so we could only make use of the hot tub the second night, but the staff was quick to help fix the issue.
