Friendly staff, breakfast had plentiful choices with nice hot station (eggs, pancakes, waffles), nice and quiet location even though near roads, kids can use two of the three pools (outdoor pool with slide is unheated but great on a hot day, and indoor heated pool is fantastic when weather is a little less hot), tennis courts, bike hire, only a ten / fifteen minute walk into Riva, free car parking available. Riva itself is a great little town.

Dinner isn't really suitable with small children as quite expensive / 3 course is only option (also need to book in advance) but it's fine because Riva restaurants are only a nice stroll minute walk / 5 minute bike ride away

Great stay if you are looking for an opportunity to spend a week or two working on your fitness. The open water pool is good, there are many calm roads and bike roads around for a bike workout. The hotel gym has the facilities for a good workout and even a HIIT zone. Lots of protein options for breakfast.

The room facilities were a bit outdated and worn. But it didn't spoil our impressions.

Facilities are excellent. 3 large immaculately clean pools with plenty of sun beds and shady places to relax. The gym is also very good with plenty of weights and a rack. Breakfast is top quality - lots of fresh fruit and juices. We only ate dinner once in the hotel and it was really nice. Staff were really helpful and friendly. They also have a number of bikes to hire which we used to cycle down to the centre of town.

A bit close to the road for my liking but you can’t hear the traffic from the room and you can’t see the road from the gardens.

The staff are really great, they were friendly and helpful and made an effort for us. The hotel is really well set up to deal with families - plenty to keep the kids busy, and easy to keep an eye on them! We had some wonderful tennis coaching, organised by the hotel, and we enjoyed many hours lounging by the beautiful pools! The breakfast was excellent, with lots of healthy options available.

You'd have to push me to say that there were any shortcomings, but the rooms were a little tired, and the balcony furniture was a bit awkward to use.

Breakfast was good, a lot of choices, a lot of activities in the hotel (indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, fitness, pingpong...). The staff was accommodating and really nice.

The AC in one of the rooms was set to really cold and since the AC unit doesn't have controls in the room we needed to fix the problem with the reception and the only thing they could do was to shut the hatch.

Sports options, including the 3 pools, gym & cycle hire. Lovely breakfast options.

Rusty nail on squash court & tired flooring that injured my stepson & no First Aid available at Reception apart from a plaster & antiseptic cream. Despite 3 in our room we were only provided 2 deckchairs/ dressing gowns etc.

Loved the possibility of a fresh juice for breakfast, the hotel has veggies and a juicer at your disposal. plenty fresh fruits to choose from as well and salad, rye bread… We absolutely adored the kind receptionists, who told us about a beautiful bike ride to Arco (a highlight in the shadow of olive trees and full bloom oleanders!), offered us to use the pool after checkout and told us about farmer’s markets nearby. The room was really comfy, the spa bag with bathrobes and pool towels was a really nice touch, parking was super easy and we appreciated the possibility to rent a bike at EUR 6 directly from the hotel.

The breakfast open kitchen was a disaster - the omelette came in 3 pieces an burnt, getting scrubbed from the pan. The pancake was not a success, the chef discarded it as it did not come out well. Finally the waffle came also in 3 pieces and was raw inside. I really hope the hotel does something about this.

Walking distance to the city center/ Lake Garda. Very sumptuous and yet healthy breakfast. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful when providing info on the places of interest around the city and areas around it. Very well equipped with sports facilities!

Great breakfast. The staff was overall exceptionally helpful. Especially at the front desk and the gentleman at the poolbar who went out of his way with fantastic service. The hotel itself has good facilities. The rooms were comfy.

Although there was no race for the sunbeds the pools are open for non hotel guests, who fill up the outdoor facilities fairly quickly after 10:00 pm.

Loved the vegetable juice machine ....great addition, enjoyed the classes in the water would have loved more classes though maybe before breakfast .... Really liked the girls in reception especially I thing her name was rosaleen she also taught an aqua class but both really lovely . staff were great I think that is what was the best about your hotel .

pillows a bit hard , and the Aircon machine or dehumidifier I found very drying so couldn't sleep. also some workmen were working very early in the morning .
