It was my best experience in Italy. We came to Riva to take part in half marathon. Staff are very friendly and kind, and this not an ordinary phrase, it was really polite attitude. They gave possibility to make check out later after race finished. Breakfast was unbelievable.Bread, cheese. fruits, everything. Our stay was amazing. Guys, you make a great job! So if I will came back, I will choose this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is wonderful - 10 min by walk to the lake, 10 min by walk to the historical center, the supermarket in 5 min by walk from the hotel. Big and comfortable parking place, wonderful breakfast with a home-made bread. The room is comfortable, TV with Youtube and Netflix. Swimming pool is nice.

The choice of dinner could be more varied. But on the other hand, there are many restaurants and pizzerias around

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! We felt immediately at home upon arrival. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the old town center with epic views of the mountains surrounding the lake. Breakfast was exceptional and we loved having a post-dinner drink at the wine bar before bed. The decor and ambiance of the hotel is unmatched!

We could hear a small child running around in the room above us late at night, as well as babies crying in the rooms next door. A little more soundproofing would make this place 10/10 for us!

There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like during my stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was excellent. Location is very good. Pool, garden and view were lovely.

Pool was a little cold (only heated to 23/24 degrees). Also the bikes on offer for guest use were old city bikes and the breaks were worn out - here I had hoped for better considering the prices.

The breakfast spread was over our expectation. It is filled with good spread and I enjoyed the breafast a lot. The room size is decent with comfortable bedding. We have a good 10 days at the Luis. It is also conveniently located. As we are there for the sailing event, the distance between the boat park and the hotel is within 10 mins of walk. The front desk are very accommodating to our request especially on days that we have to miss breakfast due to early training, the hotel are willing to pack some breakfast for us to go bring away.

The location was amazing, parking was free and easy, the breakfast was delicious, the room was super cute, we loved the option to rent bike's for free for half a day

When we returned late at night there was exactly one parking spot left at the very end - not sure where we would have parked otherwise. Front desk person at checkout may have been having a bad morning, tone seemed a little rude to us.

Staying at Hotel Luise was an absolute pleasure. The staff are just wonderful. Happy and helpful and good craic. The breakfast is on another level. It’s a huge buffet of fabulous food. The map room was great and balcony was huge. Being from Ireland and speaking English was not a disadvantage because everyone had great spoken English and every sign and menu had English on it too. Would highly recommend this hotel.
