This is the absolute best location for visiting the classic sites in Rome. You can walk to the Vatican City in ~30 minutes (easy, flat, scenic), the Coloseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazzo de Navonna, Campo di fiori, basilicas, and the hotel is next to the Pantheon. The staff are amazing, speaking fluently several languages, extremely knowledgeable, able to call a taxi in under 10 minutes. The hotel is beautiful, with an open air deck on the 7th floor with a bar. The breakfast buffet is perfect for the start of a long day of sight seeing. It is air conditioned. Dozens of outdoor and indoor restaurants right out the front door; ATMs, a grocery store about 300 feet away. I never tired of the view of the Pantheon and its piazza and fountains.

We stayed in july , so loved that the room has AC and bed was comfortable to sleep on . The location was great ! The breakfast spread is really good - bread, bun,croissants, danish , donuts , assortment of fruits, eggs,bacon , cheese and cold meat , yogurt - plain and unflavoured, cereal. Really nothing to complain about ! We asked the reception if they could fill our bottles for us before we left the hotel and they happily obliged. We asked the hotel to call a cab for us when we were leaving the hotel to Roma Termini , a cab reached us in under 3 minutes !The staff at the concierge were a delight to talk with as well.

Absolutely nothing I didn't like

Literally everything, I don’t know why they don’t have the fourth star yet. Location:You could literally not be better placed in my opinion. The “farthest” is just the Colosseum which is still close (20-25 min walk). You would be 5 minutes from Trevi, 15 minutes from Trastevere, 15 minutes from shopping streets and Villa Borghese. There’s also a taxi stop right next to it which makes things so easy. It was also super safe to leave from and come to at any time. Room: The bed was so comfortable and so were the pillows (which is so rare). Spacious, clean, and good storage space. Bathroom was also cozy and had everything. Breakfast: Breakfast had a bit of everything and was good in my opinion. Terrace: Amazing view over the Pantheon and Rome.

The only thing that could bother you is external, and it’s noises from the street. But you get used to it in one night, plus by 12:00am it’s almost gone. And in the end, this is what you get to be this central and it’s 100% worth it in my opinion.

there’s no better location in Rome and you will not regret booking this lovely hotel. Opening your eyes facing the mighty Pantheon is priceless. The hotel is built on an ancient temple and has a really good energy! We enjoyed the stay so much. All POIs are in walkable distance and we were able to come back for a quick rest several times a day and then continue exploring Rome. Don’t miss the rooftop!!! The view is breathtaking! The breakfast was decent, but not a lot of options for low-carb diet. Eggs, ham and yogurt were super tasty? On some days they had goat cheese which was awesome!

We stayed one night in a room and 3 in junior suite that had a better view of the Pantheon. (We asked for a paid upgrade). However, the room was much nicer than the suite, bigger bathroom, betted furniture and equipment. if you book, go for superior rooms, avoid junior suite.

Fabulous hotel. Amazing location right at the Pantheon. We walked to everything - Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. Close to Piazza Venezia. Once we got our bearings everything was pretty close. Took about 40 mins to walk to Vatican Museums, but if you like to walk the location is perfect! Lovely rooms. We had a view of the Pantheon from our window. I recommend requesting one. You can hear faintly the comings and goings of people in the Piazza at night, but it didn’t bother us, or keep us awake. If you are a light sleeper or need quiet you might consider a room not facing the Piazza. Breakfast was substantial and delicious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms, roof top bar (open in warmer months only) but you can still go up and admire the vista, bar in reception area and mere steps to lots of restaurants, gelato and shopping! Taxi rank available on the other side of Piazza. Couldn’t recommend more and would definitely stay again!

We arrived to the hotel at 1:00a.m., we were warmly received at the reception. We got a room like we asked for with a spectacular view overlooking the Pantheon. After settling in the room, we went for a short walk, after flying and arriving in to the center of Rome we were a little hungry - out from the lobby turn left there is a pizzeria that works until 2:00-3:00 a.m. They have everything you need for a romantic dinner in front of the Pantheon. On the last night before we left, from the window of the room with a glass of wine (a bottle we bought at one of the express stores) in the Pantheon piazza, an opera singer appeared who sweetened our times with familiar canzones, simply exciting and exhilarating. This is our second time visit in Rome and there is no other place we would prefer than this hotel location. Fantastic location, we couldn't ask for a better located hotel. The view from the room window is straight to the Pantheon, a perfect view. A perfect experience, close to all sites within a short walking distance. Whenever we will return to Rome, we will definitely return to this hotel. A room for a couple, even if we thought it was small, no complaints. The room is clean. The service is wonderful. The hotel employees are welcoming and ready for any question. One of the evenings the reception staff sent us to a local restaurant and it was a success. Just pure pleasure. I have attached several photos from the viewing room directly on the Pantheon, including a panoramic photo from the roof floor (on the seventh floor).

Everything was wonderful, really there is no bad word. Even if the room is a little small, the height of the room makes up for its size. On the seventh floor there is a view of all of Rome - you must not miss the opportunity for a panoramic photo - simply spectacular.

The location could not get any better and the stay were fantastic. The roof top terrace has some stunning views, not only is it literally on top of the Pantheon but you can see almost all the poi in Rome Coliseum Vatican plus lots more. Staff were very helpful and spoke great English.

We never had any problem getting a table for breakfast but the dining area was a little small but adequate for the number of guests during our stay.

the location is always great. The view. The simplicity of the hotel in love. nothing pretentious but everything needed.

I have stayed here about 5 times over the years, pre Covid, and have always been given the room with the pantheon view and windows space for the case but, even though I requested it, it seemed to slip through the reservation team and was not available….mistakes happen. what was super disappointing was the reservation staff, one female in particular, who didn’t hesitate in blaming me for my lack of communication at the time of booking, giving no empathy for my situation at all. a shame. but still a great hotel. just a disappointing experience for the first time.

Perfect location, very nice staff, very good breakfast. Room was very nice, chic and big. Location was the biggest advantage of the hotel as we had a small kid. We could go out to have a drink right in front of Pantheon when our son was sleep. Terrace bar and its view was very nice. Seeing pantheon every time you step out of the hotel is precious and unreal :)

I live the location! charming and quaint, excellent care of guests, friendly and prompt service fir any request. second time staying - don’t forget the rooftop views! nice breakfast each day and excellent bar service.

Please closer attention to dusting items in room and bathroom (sink light, windowsills).
