Spotless. 24 hr "breakfast" area and pantry a nice touch. AC super. Location great...neighborhood market, restaurants and bars. Easy, speedy, and cheap accessibility to city centre via transit. Staff is very friendly albeit a casual response time.

Arrangements for airport shuttle could have been better managed. Two properties around corner from each other but directions not clear as to which one was ours; took a while to figure it out. Small problem with room safe took 2 days to repair. Shower door could use a small repair and need better curtains to darken room. A little pricey, but that's expected; it's Rome!

They send you information before you check in How you come inside the building. It’s anusual Way but very refreshing 😀

The property was very well located next to the main busses and not far from the center, the staff was helpful even online ! You feel their presence even if you don't see them ! We loved the instructions sent on whatssap to find the location / open doors / go through the old elevator ! We loved the adventure it looked like an escape room game 🤣 !

The breakfast was too much sugar and very limited with no multiple choices ! You should also pay for towel replacement which was also inconvenient.

Room: Comfortable. Bedsheets were not changed for our 5-night stay. Breakfast: 24/7 available in the kitchen. Cakes, cookies, crackers, Nutella, coffee, milk. A fridge and a microwave are available, too. Dinner: We selected breakfast and dinner option and ate at the nice restaurant named, Seven and Eleven every night. It is a few buildings away. You choose two options such as pasta and a meat dish from their set menu. An elegant restaurant. Location: Perfect. The bus stop is in front of the building. The buses take you to Termini in a few minutes which is the main hub for metro and other buses.

When we arrived at 3.00 p.m. there was no one in the office. We had to wait for a while. We didn't have internet. It took a while to connect to the person in charge and get all the passwords and finally the key to our room. However, they were extremely polite. The towels were changed but the bedsheets weren't for our five-night stay.

Great location, close to bus stop, but also walking distance to many attractions. Good restaurants close by and a well stocked supermarket across the road. Eduardo gave us some great advice for restaurants and gelato and which busses to take to the attractions. Our room was clean and bed comfortable. We will stay here again when we return to Rome one day.

excellent location. 30 minutes on foot to the most important places. Very close to the bus stop, close to the subway, grocery store. Price for Rome ... tolerable. Cleanliness - everything is fine

definitely breakfast. the offer includes "breakfast" and in reality there are only cookies and sweet bread. To eat breakfast, we had to buy basic products: cheese, cottage cheese, tomatoes, fruit, meat, yogurt. This is not entirely fair.

All the furniture were new and the place was regularly cleaned. The location was also good (about 25-30 minutes from all the monuments by foot). Near you can find restaurants, gelaterias, cafes (in case you do not want to go far at night to eat) as well as pharmacies.

The breakfast was limited to mainly croissants, biscuits and cereal.

The location of the hotel is centrally located, there are buses to everywhere, but it is also possible to reach on foot. The rooms were clean and our room was cleaned every day. The kitchen has coffee, water, snacks and drinks that you can use all day. The staff is very helpful. We were in constant communication via whatsapp. They also helped us on how to get everywhere and where and what to do.

Breakfast was not acceptable. very limited with cakes, biscuits and mainly sweets. Same cake, flange and biscuits were the for our time we were there. Cereals were stale. Really shouldn't be advertising this as breakfast. Coffee pods are ok

The room was super clean, we had clean towels every day and the room was clean every single day. The staff was super nice, we had a lot of helpful things like maps, contacts, and even a welcome kit ( with water/ tea/ etc. ) The owner is a very nice person as well, when I return to Rome I will definitely stay here again.
