The apartment has a superb location in Rome, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. We had a huge choice of restaurants nearby. What we found amazing was that although it is in the heart of the city it was really quiet at night. The area seemed very safe to walk around in. The apartment was very clean and well looked after. Arianna was delightful. Very friendly as she served us her mother's lovely home cooked cakes for breakfast in the little kitchen downstairs. She was helpful in arranging transfers for us and genuinely wanted us to have a good time in her beloved city. We would definitely return.

Initially the bed was a little too firm for us. I mentioned it to Arianna and the maid added a topper which made it better. Not a problem for us - but anybody who is not so good on their legs needs to note the apartment is on the 2nd floor (that's Floor 3 if you're American) so you've got 40 or so steps to manage and there is no lift.

Location was excellent! Near many “must see” sites with lots of restaurants nearby. Arianna and her husband were excellent hosts. They were helpful with anything needed. They did not have decaf coffee and her husband went out to get a box immediately, and I was drinking my coffee before I finished my breakfast! She also helped greatly setting up a taxi for our departure. Very nice and accommodating stay. We had a one bedroom flat with a small balcony. My 14 and 17 year old were able to sleep in the sitting area in a pull out couch and extra cot bed while we had a beautiful and spacious bedroom. B& B is in a very safe courtyard that gets locked. We are given 3 keys to access apartment. Felt very safe. Perfect for our 3 night stay in Rome. Thank you Arianna!

The host Arianna was fantastic! She was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Accomodation was very nice. Air conditioner was very good after a long day out in the heat. Room cleaned daily. We loved breakfast each morning. A selection of homemade cakes, melon and cheese and meats were some of the delicious food provided to us. Central location, less than 25min walk to all the major sights. We would stay here again in Rome. Highly recommend.

The host was outstanding. Very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Contacted me before arriving to confirm everything with me then met me at the location. Excellent communication. Recommended places to eat at and gave excellent directions. Made delicious breakfast each morning. Kept our bags after checkout so we could walk outside before leaving for the airport. Setup a ride to the airport for us. The location is perfect: within walking distance of everything you could hope to visit. AC works great since it was very hot while we were visiting Rome.

Our host Ariana was so obliging to any requests that we had including gluten free options for breakfast and her mothers home made cakes, arranging taxis and early checkin following our long flight from Australia. Our room besides being huge by Rome standards was very quiet and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The B&B was in a great location, with easy walking access to all the main attractions.

Breakfast as homemade and really tasty. Our host put the breakfast in our room because we would be waking up very early and that was very nice of them. Also the room and bathroom was spotless, super clean.

The room was very small so that made it hard to walk around the room, there was barely any space to move around the bed. The shower drain also was a bit slow and the bottom of the shower slightly flooded.

The host made a real effort with breakfast & accommodated our dietary needs. Home made cakes were a real treat & lots of choice. Brilliant location also and the host gave us lots of ideas and tips on tourist attractions etc.

The City Tax added to the cost of our stay was quite a lot i thought but obviously that's nothing to do with the host, just one of those things!

An amazing hostess Arianna made us feel so welcomed and helped us with any inquiry we had from sights to restaurants. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The location of the B&B is superb as you are in an equal distance to Vatican on one side and Coloseum on the other with everything between in a comfortable walking distance. We are definitely coming back!

Excellent location on a very nice, safe street. Arianna was very friendly & helpful. The apartment was very clean. Very good value for the centre of Rome.

The water temperature & the pressure of the shower were unreliable. You have to wait a few minutes for the hot water but then it only worked from the rain shower & not the hand-held douchette. But this was a small problem really. The fold out double bed wasn't comfortable. The other 2 beds were fine.

We really enjoyed our stay and we were travelling to Rome early but Arianne allowed us to check in and have access to the room early. We were also leaving early and she arranged for a breakfast in our room and a car to get to the aiport. A great option in the centre of Rome close to shops and restaurants. 10/10!
